In April 2011 I wanted to replace two toilets with more ADA-compliant type toilets. I did extensive research online. I also selected a plumber and checked his California contractor license, etc. Mike Counsil came out and gave me information and recommendations (backed up from my research). He gave me a MUCH BETTER quote than I expected (again, based on my research). Today he replaced the toilets. It was a perfect job -- no mess, no fuss, no complication. Counsil Plumbing did my re-pipe and bathroom remodel. I was very satisfied with the fast response, great customer service, knowledge and timeliness of the completion and most of all the price! Not to worry...they do not compromise the quality of work for the price either. Too often these days, if the price sounds to good to be true...it usually is. I had a few quotes from other plumbers and I am very glad I went with Counsil Plumbing. It was very important for me to have the job done in a timely manner as I have young children and to be with out water and 1 bathroom for too long is a very big inconvenience. Counsil Plumbing was professional, very clean, did a wonderful and effecient job, all while dodging my kids and their toys at the same time. They had wonderful suggestions as I was not exactly sure what I was looking for in the bathroom remodel and it turned out absolutely beautiful. I honestly couldnt have asked for more. I can't beleive I actually waited this long as I had feared it would be such a messy, timely process.
