Called and was transferred 4 times
And on hold for over 10:38 min
For a question that took less than 5 seconds to answer once I finally was connected :-(

Beware of online orders with in-store pickup!

The customer service is pathetic and the employees have very little knowledge. I will no longer shop at Best Buy.

We order a TV online and pickup at this store. We tried to return the TV 5 days later and were told that the system could could not process the return and there is no override so they can't do anything to resolve the issue. They gave us the option to take the TV with us and try again a different day or to leave the TV with them and they would continue to try the refund. They couldn't tell me when that would be or what they would do if the system would not accept the return.
