The property manager for the house, Hien (Helen) Do, we were renting is a dishonest and despicable person. She refused and failed to return the security deposit money even after my family have vacated the rental property for more than 21 calendar days. We took her to small claims court and a judgment was entered against the landlord whom she was managing the property for. If you are in a similar situation, don't hesitate to bring this crook to small claims court and request the judge for a punitive damage, double the amount of the security deposit money, due to a repeated violation of California law.
Hello all, I would like for you to take extreme caution with this community. They will take your money and start a 72 hour clock even when the paper work is not complete. They will not refund your money. They have a bate and switch tactic the use with Craigslist . They will list a beautiful large apartment and when you follow up they say "well we only have one left and its gone " they charge you for everything. We are moving a long way and were trying to secure a place. They clearly took our money but then when we decided not to rent with them due to the location of the apartment and all the extra cost they told us we can not refund you your money because the 72 hour grace period was up. But yet all of our paperwork was not in so in fact we could not move in. The manager there is rude Lauren and will pass you off to her people.
Felix Enow is OUR agent for life; he ought to be yours, too.Nineteen years ago, Felix came into our lives and turned us from renters into homeowners when we thought there was no hope for us. Once he took us on, there was not a day that passed that he was not in contact with us, letting us know what was going on, working our case. After we closed on a corner lot in Blossom Valley, his work on our behalf INTENSIFIED; he was negotiating for every fair concession he could get from the seller (including having the other agent shovel dirt for us!). What a negotiator! He was not just our agent; he was our hero. This year, we sold that house. Guess who our agent was? Felix has now partnered up with Agent Huong Ho to form an unbeatable team. Certainly his BEST service was talking us down to Earth to match the market for a swift sale without reducing our price or becoming an "old" listing. We sold swiftly and met our price goal, thanks again to Felix's superior negotiating skills.Whether buying or selling, you absolutely cannot do better with any other agent.
I'm really satisfied at the prompt and professional service rendered to me by djs computer.Especially, after Dj,the owner, started working full time.He gives honest advice and fair price apart from a speedy and best customer service.I advise everyone to check them out'
Drove 2 hrs to have our iphone 4s flashed from Sprint to Net 10 here at Mobil City. They did a marvelous job and performed it with an hour. Their prices are very reasonable too. I checked around all over craigslist and many dont know how to work on our iphone version or they wanted too much $$. We will use these guys again in the future. Thanks
the reviews have nothing to do with quality/speed of service, fairness of price, not even ambiance. guess I'll have to roll the dice?however, I'm putting 5 stars b/c no way is it fair to give a bad rating based on their NAME. There's more than one DJ in the world, mr. sacramento.
As my agent, iHome-iLoan helped me in buying a house successfully last year. Near the closing when I hesitated for the purchase, Stanley persuaded me with the market trend, and he is right. I also satisfied with agreement terms and effective contacts to the seller through the agent.
Great service. I took my laptop after it crashed, I need my files badly and they were able to retrieve those. I was so thankful they were able to fixed my laptop in just few hours. The technicians are friendly and professional. Their service is highly recommended.
I was stuck in Fremont with a "dead" laptop and little clue to what went wrong. I called around to some of the local computer repair shops and they pre-diagnosed it as a failed motherboard that would run me anywhere from $200-$500 to replace it...not to mention the time it would take to repair it (1-3 days). Luckily I called Chris Ward over at ClickAway and he let me know they would do the diagnosis for free (which was a relief because other places were charging around $30 just to look at it). Although it was a long drive, I decided to take the journey over to visit with him. Once I got there, I was in and out within 20 minutes. He diagnosed the issue immediately (bad battery) and had a new one in stock. He only charged me for the new battery, which was pricey at $140, but I was happy to pay. Hopefully I'll never have to visit ClickAway again, because it would mean my computer is stressing me out, but if I have any problems, I'll call Chris and his staff before anyone else. I should also mention that I have a MacBook; ClickAway specializes in and is an authorized dealer for both Mac and Lenovo (IBM PCs). OK, that sounded like a sales pitch, but it's good to know, right?
the cheapest place i could find to fix my laptop. repairing my laptop from geeksquad or fry's would have cost me a lot.i easily saved couple of hundred bucks.
