We called Attic 911 Services to help us as we had rats in our attic crawlspace and needed some help. Nickolas came to discuss what Attic 911 Services would do, and we were impressed with the amount of time and patience he demonstrated so that we would know exactly what would be done. The job was fairly complicated...attic crawlspace was cleared and inspected for rats, sanitized and all insulation was removed. Rodent proofing was done in the crawlspace as well as with all outside vents and those near the roof. I was impressed with how the workers took great care to put up plastic sheeting to protect our walls, carpets and try to prevent dust from going into the rest of our house. New insulation was installed and traps were set just in case there were other rats in the attic. Ducts under the house were removed and replaced by Rose, Eric and Nickolas, and they did a very good job as well as placing a vapor barrier underneath the house. The workers were always courteous and informative. We were very pleased with their professionalism and hard work.

So I called this company last week to get an estimate to replace my old insulation in the attic, the girl on the phone was very nice and very understanding of my busy schedule and was happy to book my an appointment on Sunday.There technician was on time and was very professional , he spend almost 2 hours going over with me on all of my options and was very knowledgeable and patient with me.I decided to go ahead and book with them and I l'm very happy I did!Start to finish everything was so clean and professional the workers ware polite and on time and the project manager edi was funny it was just a great experience.Over all Atti 911 services was definitely the best choice.

A month ago we started to hear really bad noises from our attic. Our house is old so we deceided to checked with few different companies and eventually decided to go with Attic 911. Ryan came for our initial inspection, he was super professional and he gave us a lot of information and he also took a pictures from the attic and he showed us what's going on there. he did great job explaining us the process. The following week Ryan and his crew (4 people total) came on time to do the job. They started early in the morning and finished late afternoon. They cover the whole house with plastic so nothing will get dirty in the process. everyone in the crew were very nice and friendly. After a week Ryan came for a follow up inspection and showed us pictures from the new green attic. we are so relieved to have this problem solved and to be able to sleep again at night.
