I was moving out of my apartment to a house and after living in the apartment for 4 years with 3 young kids my carpet had been tourmented. When my manager did a walk through with me they said my carpets were in very bad condition and that they might need to be replaced. They had a flooring company come in and give an estimate in which i was present for and they said they would have to replace the entire place with new carpet because it was too heavily soiled. The price i was given was $2,300.00 in which i cannot afford to pay and because i have lived their for under 5 years my managers said i would be responsible for the entire fee. I called worldwide and explained the entire delima to them. They assured me they would do all they can to help me. they scheduled an esimate to see if my carpet can be saved. The two men that came were very nice to me and he had this little kit with him. he tested a portion of my carpet with some solution on the most damaged area. They waited 30 mins and then the stained started to lift up. They assured me that i will not need to replace my carpet. He even spoke to my manager for me and let them know that the carpets would not have to be replaced and they cleaned my carpets the same day.
