The property manager for the house, Hien (Helen) Do, we were renting is a dishonest and despicable person. She refused and failed to return the security deposit money even after my family have vacated the rental property for more than 21 calendar days. We took her to small claims court and a judgment was entered against the landlord whom she was managing the property for. If you are in a similar situation, don't hesitate to bring this crook to small claims court and request the judge for a punitive damage, double the amount of the security deposit money, due to a repeated violation of California law.

Hello all, I would like for you to take extreme caution with this community. They will take your money and start a 72 hour clock even when the paper work is not complete. They will not refund your money. They have a bate and switch tactic the use with Craigslist . They will list a beautiful large apartment and when you follow up they say "well we only have one left and its gone " they charge you for everything. We are moving a long way and were trying to secure a place. They clearly took our money but then when we decided not to rent with them due to the location of the apartment and all the extra cost they told us we can not refund you your money because the 72 hour grace period was up. But yet all of our paperwork was not in so in fact we could not move in. The manager there is rude Lauren and will pass you off to her people.
