DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I purchased a NAZA-M V2 from them. I received it OPEN, missing parts, the unit serial number was different from the box, AND the unit was not powering on. I contacted them for a new one. they told me they would have to send the unit back to the company in china to have it repaired. It would take 2 months INSTEAD OF JUST SENDING ME A NEW ONE LIKE ANY NORMAL COMPANY WOULD. THEY WON'T REPLACE THE USED UNIT. so I sent the unit back and now they claim they won't have it repaired because the serial numbers do not match and they say "sorry its not our problem" they are claiming I SENT THEM A DIFFERENT UNIT than the one I bought, which is complete BS, I just wanted the broken one they sent me repaired or a new one sent and THEY WON'T do it. i have tried over and over to speak with a manager but the ONE GUY I talked to everytime I call says "sorry everyone is in a meeting" WHICH IS REALLY FUNNY, apparently Hobby shops in CA get so busy that managers/owners are in meetings EVERY TIME you try to call them. this company is literally trying to screw me and make me keep a broken naza unit. this is BY FAR the worst customer service I have EVER received in my life. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they have terrible CS, will treat you like dirt and steel your money. now I am caught up in a paypal, BBB, claim against them to try and get my $250 dollars back.
