This company is so flakey, especially the HR person, Tess Pineda Sagon. She has been so disrespectful to me and I would never work for a company who has someone in Human Resources that works like she does. I had a phone interview with her about a month ago and she has been so unprofessional, flakey and disrespectful to me over the past month. I interviewed for a recruiter position at the salinas building, then I had a phone interview with Tess where she said she wanted me to complete a writing assessment. It took her over a week to send me the writing assessment, and this was after I had to contact her twice about it. Once I finally completed the writing assessment, I sent it back to her and I had to email her twice to get a confirmation that she even received it. Then, another 2 weeks goes by and I don't hear anything. So I contact her again, questioning the status of the job and that I was upset because no one is contacting me about other jobs. This company is supposed to be recruiting people for their clients that have job openings, they DO NOT even do that! The last email I sent to Tess was a week ago, I told her I was concerned that I have not been contacted by anyone from her company. I said that if I was not a good candidate for the recruiter position, which is what I originally interviewed for, that I would like to be contacted by a recruiter from her company about other jobs they have listed on their website. Tess apologized and said she would have Johanna contact me in the morning for other positions they have available. That was a week ago and still nobody has contacted Me! I have never felt so disrespected, I would never in a million years work for this company if they can't even treat people with respect, let alone do their job correctly. I hope the owner of this company knows that Tess does not do her job and is disrespecting people along the way!
