I have been dealing with ITI for well over a month trying to get my TV fixed with a warranty I purchased from Newegg.com. ITI has by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. When you call their 1-800 number you are directed to leave a voicemail message, and someone will call you back. 24-48 hours later if your lucky they try to call back. If you miss their call, you have to start the entire process over again. I even left multiple numbers to reach me, and they will only call one number. In regards to my TV they have you describe the problem over the phone, or take video and email it to their Tech Support. Then based on your description they send parts to a local repair person to fix the parts. I have had two differnt people replacing boards on my TV, and come to find out they aren't really repair technitions. They just learned how to swap boards. If at all possible avoid using these guys. You will be very very disapointed like I am. I am just stuck, and don't have a choice since my repair is a warranty item.
