We had this company "Design" and sell us a solar system that would cover our energy bill. After installation, we found the system didn't produce anywhere near the projected output. Many complaints were made with a terrible lag time. Typically 2 weeks or greater. We live in the Bay Area and found out too late that Future Visions solar install team are all from southern CA. That explains that. We thought we were doing business locally. What a mistake. Since the production was so bad and Future Vision claimed the system was working well, we hired a third party solar company to inspect the system. A $300.00 service. They found many issues like broken tiles, panels not installed to code and bad wiring. The third party solar company made the electrical repairs that Future solar vision couldn't even detect. After a long discussion with the third party solar inspector, we found that we overpaid for our system. He offered the same system for $6K less. I was willing to pay extra for superior service and installation, but that didn't happen. More complaints were made to FV. Future vision agreed to pay us for the money lost in months of our energy bill along with the $300.00 service charge to hire an outside company to expose their errors. They have not reimbursed us. It's been 8 months of dealing with these guys and the problems they created and the regret is huge. We ordered a 5 star steak dinner and received a cold hot dog with nothing on it.

We just finished our second successful remodel with JC Construction and his team. After such a positive experience with our kitchen remodel 6 months ago there was no hesitation in hiring JC Construction to do our flooring , fireplace, and bathroom this year. Again, we were pleased by the attention to detail that Cesar and his crew bring to the job. Cesar was also a valuable resource in the design process and took his time to help guide our selection of materials. Great job guys!!!!!!
I would highly recommend Fernando! New bath, laundry room, A/C in wall, hardwood & tile floor, doors, window and so much more! Very professional, great Customer Service/Satisfaction, On-Time and under budget. Showed up everyday, including Sat. and a couple of Sunday's to meet my deadline. Crew included electrician, plumber, carpenter and Fernando is a master at his craft.

I have been an AT&T customer for more than 10 years and recently I got a new phone from this store. In all the years that I have been an AT&T customer, I have only replaced 2 phones and each time due to the phone getting old with a failing battery. Lately, I got a phone from this AT&T store where I requested a new phone. I went in with the expectation of signing another contract with a new phone for 2 years. Instead a sales personnel sold me a phone without contract by stating it was the better deal. The choices were:1) $199 for the phone with 2 year contract.2) $27 for 12 months with no contract.Initially I wanted the $199 deal but ultimately the sales rep convinced me that spending a bit more without the contract has its benefits. What he failed to mentioned was that for the $199 deal, I get to keep the phone. The other deal requires me to return the phone to AT&T after 12 months or I have the option to pay $27 for another 8 months to own the phone (essentially paying full price for the phone). When I saw the initial bill, $550+ was charged to AT&T. I mentioned this to the sales rep and he assured me that I'll still be paying $27 a month as mentioned and this was charged to AT&T not me.When the first AT&T bill came, I was shocked to noticed that I had to pay $27 for 20 months. This was inconsistent to what I was sold. I went back to the store and this time talked to another sales rep. They wouldn't change me to a 2 year contract because the 14-days grace period for returns are over and I have signed an agreement with them.I am currently mad as I was blatantly duped by this sales rep with misleading information. I will find all avenues of complaints that I can find as I will not rest until I get this thing fixed. My final option that I dread is to drop AT&T as my carrier all together but in the mean time, I will halt payment and try to resolve this with the AT&T parent company.I believe due to the bad nature of how commissions are made in these stores, some of these sales reps are dishonest and I believe some customers will not complain because of a signed agreement. I find that AT&T (the parent company) is also to blame as they always try to hide the full cost of these things from their customer and always have hidden costs behind all their services.By one mad customer.
We were referred to this tile shop by a sales person from another tile store. We went here not expecting much and were immediately helped by Massoud. We told him what we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend. Not only did he provide us with a lot of good options but was also mindful of our budget. For all the people who have doubts that his tiles don't arrive on time after ordering them=Myth!. He told us exactly how many days it would take and that if we wanted them any earlier we as customers would have to bear the shipping cost from LA to San Jose . My husband and me were in a hurry so agreed to pay the extra shipping. Guess when the tiles came in ? Next Day!. Even the fancy store ending with a Nosa delivered my tiles after 4 days inspite of them having it in stock!All in all , I am an happy camper and will definitely be going back to Massoud for any of my future tile needs .His selection in tiles is great. Customer service is great .
The Attic Bedroom - My wife and I are getting on in years and our small house was perfect for us. Except that we didn’t have enough space to make our son and his family comfortable when they came for their much awaited visits. We didn’t want to get into the hassles of adding a room but something had to be done. Knowing Daniel Mackey Construction’s reputation for finding solutions to client problems we consulted them.They immediately found the answer. Our attic was lying empty and they suggested we remodel it into a bedroom suite. We didn’t believe it was possible – it was so oddly shaped and gloomy. The design they produced for us blew our minds and we immediately said go ahead. Today we have a beautiful suite for our son and his family and their visits are becoming more frequent.
