So when my bill was due I went in like the guy who sold me my phone said to do. Because he said he was gonna take off all the prorated charges and the activation fee. Btw I'm new to AT&T. So I go in, the guy greets me and says hi how my I assist you? He remembers us, helps us out tells us to come back the next day and he'll be able to get the bill ready. I come back. He's off that day. I go talk to the managers and two other guys who I know clearly remembers me. But they lied and said they didn't remember me and they couldn't help me because that specific employee wasn't there. I was speaking to the manager too. So he says he will call the employee by 6pm and call me back by 6pm. I didnt get a call? I go back the next day and this is the third day. Finally he's there. We get it taken care of. But it was so beyond unprofessional. They were yelling across the room at each other (the employees). The guy working next to him wasn't even working but paying a video game on his phone. An alarm goes off, And my guy that helped me says "oh that's my alarm to play my game". Are you serious? I just wanted to get out of there. I work in retail and I know when and not to say things that'll make me sound unprofessional. So we get it paid its done. But I get a call two days later saying my bill was overdue ?! I called back. The rep explains that they didn't take off the charges online so It made me late. It took a lot of explaining to get that situated too. Overall I'm really disappointed with AT&T. If I had to go back I would've never chose this company.
