My review does not address the "park" even though I live in it. The park is, what it is. My review address the AREA. The area is the last place anyone should even think of living in. Firstly, the weather is vicious and hostile. You can expect temperatures in the summer to peak over 100 degrees every day for weeks and months. Temperatures can reach 121 degrees, as it did this past year, in June. That is, EVERY DAY for between five and seven months continuously, confining one at home every day. Winters are equally as severe, with temperatures falling well below freezing with torrential rains, and possible snow. Flooding is a definite concern. So out of a 12 month period, a person may "enjoy" perhaps two weeks in the fall and perhaps two weeks in the spring that can be conducive to human life. Crime in the AREA is extremely high due to the sheer numbers of homeless beggars at shopping areas. There exist at least thirty churches in the area that politically control all things. There are no bars, no liquor stores, nothing that could possibly corrupt the children, leaving you, as an adult, in a totally sanitized area, except for the meth addicts that abound. There is absolutely nothing of beauty in this area with nothing to enjoy at all, except for perhaps eating out which my be a bit risky due to an obvious prejudice towards white people who populate the numerous mobile home parks throughout the area. The area is a major child rearing area that may restrict your way of life in some way you are not accustomed to. In the three years I have resided in this area, I have not seen or experienced a single thing that promoted any happiness. The "park"? The park is like many others.......... a park. You've be advised as to the truth.
