        Overall

        terrible. They cancel appointments without any explanation why they took this action. I called the doctor and was told he's gone. Now what???? They should have written a letter with what options are available. This was the second time in 3 month. Very bad

        Horrible! They never answer their phone, never return calls. And above all don't provide the equipment they say they will. I would not recommend stay away from this place and find a better DME company!!
