Horrible Customer Service. My first order online went ok with no problems. My second order, I ordered 7 bottles of e juice, with a total order of $93.60. I paid. NEVER got my merchandise. I called and spoke to the manager, named Alphie. He said he would look into it. Then I called back a few days later and spoke with Alphie again. I told him I needed what I ordered, and he said that he would not replace my package. That they sent out the merchandise, and never arrived to my house (on the tracking information by usps.com it shows that the item was NEVER delivered, and was lost.) I talked to the Postal man and he told me to call the merchant (vapory shop) and have them send me another package, since somehow it got lost in transit. Alphie said NO, we cannot send you another package because then we would be out $200. #1 He would not be out $200, since he already got a $93.60 payment, HE would be out the wholesale cost of $93.60 (about $46.80)#2. I paid $93.60 and GOT NOTHING#3 He would not send my merchandise, or refund me#4 I called my credit card company and filed a dispute, and was awarded the $93.60 back.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE- and very unprofessional ! NEVER AGAIN! BUYERS BEWARE!
