Since this place was on the touristy Pier 39 I wondered if it would be any good. Turned out to be a beautiful spot with attractive ambiance and great views. But more importantly good service and I think the best Lasagna ever.
Dinner was delicious, clam chowder, calamari, garlic crab, steamed mussels and clams, ravioli with meat sauce, baked salmon. Plus cakes and drinks. Will come again but only if Norman is our waiter. He did a wonderful job and made all of us feels very welcome.
We were seated quickly on a busy day. The Caprese salad and the side of ravioli was good. Service was very good. View was excellent.
Took my mother here to celebrate her birthday and I expected a typical tourist trap with good views but no substance. I was pleasantly surprised by the food quality and the service. Our waiter went out of his way to be helpful. It might have been also due to the simple fact that it was before the dinner rush and we were some of the only patrons there but nonetheless we had a great experience. Would visit again at a busier time to see if we get the same treatment.
Great food, wonderful service, and friendly staff--especially the host and our server. They have a festive Christmas set up in their patio area. We got the chicken parmigiana with ravioli, clam chowder, and fish and chips. Yum! We will be back soon!
Just had a pleasure of having lunch at Swiss Louis. Our server was Otabek. Great service. Great food. Had the steak and lobster. Very good. Can't say enough about our server. Friendly and very attentive. Thank you Otabek and Swiss Louis for great experience
Best baked salmon I've ever had. The chili sauce is to die for. Paired with the house Chardonnay, and it was great. Chowder was delicious as well! You can see Ghirardelli Square and the Golden Gate Bridge. Overall great experience.
Pricey for the amount of food. Bilingual host helped out, and service was great. Couldn't validate off of the phone, but great view!
The hostess was amazingly nice and personable. The food was pretty good, the prices were decent, and the food was made really quickly.
There are many choices, many of them very good, at Pier 39.We chose this location with it's simple yet very good selection. We started with the calamari, the dipping sauces were very good as was the calamari.I had the Louie salad with crab meat which was fantastic. We also tried the chicken sandwich and the crabcakes, both of which I was told were tasty.Moderately priced and you can't beat the view.
