2 times as a driver I have had a ride automatically excepted I lost money 2 times and as always there is just nothing Uber can do I HATE Uber pool more work less money and no option to not drive for Uber pool very dissatisfied with Uber and as always less than intelligent people to talk to in the Atlanta hub.

On Friday April 20, 2018 I downloaded the Uber app and registered for an account. The next day, when I tried to log-in to my account to schedule a ride, the app was not accepting my phone number. The app stated that my phone number was already registered, which made no sense, I was simply trying to log-in to the account I had just set up the previous day. After several unsuccessful attempts to log-in, I received the following email message:

"Hi Jeffery,
Thanks for reaching out. We’ve reviewed your account and saw activity that doesn’t comply with Terms of Use. As a result, we’ve determined that you’re no longer eligible to ride with Uber, and we’ve deactivated your account, effective immediately. While we understand this news may be upsetting, our decision is final."

So they have apparently banned me for life before I have even had the opportunity to try their service. How does setting up an account and attempting to log-in not comply with their terms of service? Unfortunately, they do not even have a rider Customer Service department. They have no email address and no phone number to call for assistance.

I don't know what's all the fuss is about. Uber may have flaws but what company doesnt. I am very happy 😌 with uber, I was homeless with zero dollars to my name. I did a lot to get my tlc licence things I'm not proud of and found a place to rent a car and now I'm driving and earning and even found 💘. Uber hired me when no where else would hired me. My life is still difficult as there are a little complications in both our lives which we cannot change but life is definitely better. Thank you uber. Only thing that uber can do is help this driver buy a car bc these car payments are killing me I have 4.8 rating but cannot drive all day bc of my gf disability. My credit is too bad for a loan. I would love to continue driving for uber and providing excellent service.

I am Uber driver and I am VERY disgusted the company and can't wait to leave it. Not just the company ripping off drivers by charging them 30% for each ride - they do not provide absolutely anything back, period! Drivers have to pay for gas, buy a car, insurance, car maintenance and many more.
Customer service is so useless and unprofessional that I cannot even describe it but any Uber drivers can proof it.
Uber don't have even a phone numbers for drivers or riders to call at least in case of emergency. Uber owner gives ZERO benefits of any kind to drivers so the company that is $64 billion dollars in value don't want to spend pennies while making billions?!!!
Shame, shame, shame on GREEDY owner! unfortunately I have special reason to work for this terrible company for couple of months more but I cannot wait to get out - they treat drivers as SLAVES - period! I regret the day I started working for this company

Customer service stinks, there is none, and LA Drivers are thieves and incompetent, which is probably the same nation wide. We get charged a different price to go to the same place every day at the same time or there about, because the driver "ACCIDENTLY MISSED THE TURN OR EXIT". BS. That is thieving.

Not user friendly!!! And it says your first ride for free for your first Uber ride" not so!!!! And or promotion codes doesn't even apply even when you put them in!!!! And when you tried calling their number in San Francisco it's always busy!!! also I noticed the drivers take you the long way don't get that? I think I'm going to try Lyft next!!

Awful i had a driver take my purse with all my credit cards, social security cards, insurance cards, us passport, CA ID with $600 cash i called her and she dont want to give it back. I was transferin my son from car to wheelchair and i had laid purse on back seat when i pushed him in the house she was gone

I am an Uber driver and this is our reality: Uber doesn't cover uninsured motorist collisions in their insurance policy. My car was hit by uninsured motorist while driving for Uber. I am left to fix my own car. Uber does NOT care about it. This is ridiculous. I made less money Ubering than it will cost me to fix my car. Very sad. So Uber drivers be a wear that you are not covered for property damages bellow $1000 deductible if uninsured motorist hit you.

The reason we uber drivers are missing the exits and getting lost is NOt because we are trying to rip you off..the plain fact is the useless wazer map app and the google map app that are attached to uber and give us directions is useless...if I miss a turn app does not tell us to do a u turn the dang thing takes you in a big circle instead...it is a nightmare for drivers. Think about it Todd time is money for us uber drivers...our goal is to pick you up expedite the trip asap so we can pick up our next trip..the quanity of rides is where we make more money..it would be senseless for me as an Uber driver to take you on an excursion on purpose..I would lose money in gas and time if I were to to that..I would only be cheating myself.

Uber has not paid me the over 60% of the tolls on the NTTA since Dec 1, 2015. Though many emails with documentation have been provided they still refuse to reimburse the tolls as required. They even have admitted they have a problem with their software calculating tolls they refuse to pay any toll older than 48 hours. They owe me several hundred dollars now. This is a crappy co that treats it's drivers terrible. Advise anyone to drop Uber and use Lyft.
