Terrible place to live unless you like being treated like less then a human being. Nearly all of their buildings are infested with roaches, bed bugs, and drug dealers. None of which TNDC cares about, as long as the rent comes in. They should not be considered a non profit! I would sooner be homeless then live one night under their buildings. Besides the drugs and bugs, expect a lot of intimidation from tenants as well as staff!
