GIST OF EMAIL: It is totally okay, if SF Honda isn't interested in completing the repairs and services. No worries! I will find another Honda repair shop
To be quite honest, I am quite concerned, I have not received any "repair & service" SF Honda update, since the car was placed into your service lot on Wed. 3/15/17 4:50 p.m.2nd SFH-SC to send me an UPDATED INVOICE to my email address. 2nd SFH-SC told me, it would be sent in PM of Thu 3/16/17. As of Saturday 3/18/17 @ 11:30 am, Received no updates!
It appears, the SF Francisco Honda staff is more interested in obtaining my car for it's Used Car Inventory, rather than completely my repair and service request. I stated SFH-SC Dept could have up to 10 days to work on it. I don't feel, I implied, I would not receive some type of email updates or texts. It has been over 72 hours. That does not feel OK with me.
6. T Call Thur 3/16/17 844 am Length 5:52 To: 2nd SF Hondo SC, I requested "approximate estimate" for all the repairs needed car. 2nd SFH-SC quoted, AGAIN- I UNDERSTAND, IT WAS A TELEPHONE CALL GUESSTIMATE- $3,020.00. I needed to insure, I would be able to have enough money in my accounts- ASAP.

Terrible experience and unfair customer profiling.
I had arrived at the center to know about the lease options for different vehicles and test drive them if possible. I had to wait for 20 minutes to meet the salesperson I was supposed to. After 20 minutes they send someone else to help me out. With him it's starting from square one again. He says he requires a bunch of documents to verify my credit score. I told him that all this could have been sent through email and that I already did some of the process with another salesperson.
Later when I was leaving the place disappointed, I eventually meet the salesperson I was supposed to; the experience was worse. He blatantly told me that he did not like wasting time with me because he felt that I would use any quote information to go to another Honda sales center in the city. This was absolutely not true. It was very disrespectful and a total waste of 90 minutes for me.
Thank you for the worst customer service I even experience with your sales director "MARK".
Mark called me on Friday twice and said he had reserve the car (got the key) for me since I already turn in all the credit information and got approve by Honda. So we made the appointment at 9:00 am on Saturday. Then he called me at 8:10 in the morning (Saturday) and asked me to come in early to get the car, As I'm on my way at 8:20, he text me back and said sorry and all the car were sold.
So if it's a first come first serve, why he ask me to turn in all the credit information on Friday? Why do we need to make an appointment? What's the point to make an appointment? Why he lied to me and said he got the car for me on Friday? As he called me on Saturday morning, I already told him I will come early!
I'm sure I will file a complaint with Honda corporation.
Sales Director??!? You can't even be a salesperson. WHAT A JOKE!
After I texted him saying I will file a complaint to Honda corporation, he responded "be my guess"

I just wanted to send a brief message my Taffeta White 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L
is running to perfection. not to mention the good deal they have given me.
Its not often that one can do business with a car dealership that actually lives up
to their reputation.
I'm happy to say that Jose Hangad and the Staff of SF Honda have done just that.
Its been a real pleasure doing business with you all. Your knowledge,
professionalism, suggestions, support, etc. has far exceeded my
expectations. Moreover, your accessibility and willingness to help during
and after my transaction is very reassuring.
Thank You So Much Jose Hangad, I am so impressed by your customer service and helpful attitudes
It has meant so much to me!
Driving from Camarillo , CA to San Francisco, CA is well worth it Thanks again

I live in San Francisco, and had tried to avoid the car-thing until I had no other choice (my third child was in-the-oven). You always hear about how much it is cheaper to buy a car in the boonies, so I was dreading the trek out to Livermore or Fresno - no worries though, I had only to walk a few blocks from my loft: these folks at San Francisco Honda are just as competitive with their pricing. Plus, the experience I had with my salesman - Chris Kenyon - felt more like talking with one of my roll-dogs that I cause damage with on the weekends than someone trying to sell me something. He accommodated my odd schedule, found the exact car (Honda Odyssey) that I wanted, and I felt that he was so cool that, even if I didn't buy a car from him, he was totally cool with it, as if he could wait another 10 years so that I could swing-by and, maybe, I could buy my next car from him. Negotiation tends to be easy with these kinds of folks because you come to an agreement knowing that the transaction was based more on trust than a one-time zero-sum exchange; and trust me, I did my pricing research. Either he is an amazing salesman, or just one of those guys you prefer to deal with because he doesn't seem like one. May future car salesmen take the mold of such an individual.

While waiting for have minor work done on a Honda, I wandered over to the new and used car sections. Here before my eyes was a fairly rare Acura of the 2005 vintage. After a short time, as looked the car over, a pleasant sales guru, Mike Doerner, came over and after a discussion about the car I told him I was interested. We had it checked at an private auto shop for problems, most of which were addressed by the repair section of the dealership. All the records and Carfax were presented, and with the help of the Used Car Manager, Igor Sosensky certain promises were made to deliver other items (wheel locks, manual), all of which were done in a timely manner. The deal was done. I must point out the purchase of this used car came with less problems than the purchase of a new car. The staff made the entire event as smooth as possible. Keep up the good work.

one of the better car experiences ive had. very good customer service from start to finish. when taking my appointment, they were courteous and looked into the timeline for ordering the parts to make sure that they could finish the job on the appointment day. they treated me like this even though all i needed was a cheap warranty repair. a lot of other places would have treated me differently because its obvious they werent going to make money off of me. and they got the job done in the timeframe they stated.

After a rigorous search for the best deal in the market, I chose to buy my new Honda CR-V SE AWD from San Francisco Honda. Jose Hangad, the internet sales manager gave me great information, great price, and great service. More than anything else, he was honest and transparent with all the details that I needed to know about the car and the deal. I am a pretty pessimistic person in trusting dealers and very tough in negotiating what I want. But I can testify that this gentleman is an honest person, with whom you do not need to play games to find the truth or the best deal. Thank you Jose. When I started shopping around for Honda CR-V, I contacted every single dealer and reseller in the Bay Area and told them that I want the best price and services they can offer. I collected quotes and ran a second round to verify that they actually have the vehicle and that they can beat the best price I had. Half of the dealers didn't even have the car. The other half were to lousy to respond to internet inquiries or only insisted on me visiting them and making an appointment for test drive. I did a test drive at Dublin Honda (who were also very helpful in giving information). But ended up with only four dealers who could actually deliver. Jose gave me the best price after all and did everything to keep me happy. I learned for the first time that a car dealer can also be a nice and honest person.

I had a really straightforward experience both times I took my Fit in for maintenance, once in 2010 and once a year later. No drama, no one was trying to sell me anything crazy (one time I had an Audi dealership try to convince me to pay them hundreds to change my car battery . . .) and everybody was kind and attentive. I'm hesitant to give 5 stars because these were pretty basic maintenance visits so the service was as expected. I brought the car in with no appointment on a Saturday and was able to retrieve it at the end of the day.
