Your staff are correct! Everyone enjoyed the party and several had seconds of the Paella! Two of our guests are actually from Spain and gave the food an A+
The heat kept a few people from attending and we had a few other last minute cancellations, which solved the shrimp allergy issue (but also eliminated 3 of the children we expected). We were happy to have some leftovers and a few guests were super excited to take some home!

Your staff were EXCELLENT…Daniel clearly knows what he is doing and although folks weren’t gathered outside to watch, I forgot to tell him that they had opened the blinds in the family room so they could watch him cooking through the window while he braved the 100+* heat. Haley was extremely helpful while we were getting ready. Due to an unanticipated delay in finishing a project on the patio, we were unable to do table and chair setup until Sunday morning. Additionally, everything had to be wiped down at the last minute. She was a real trooper and still managed all of her duties with the food and setup. Both Daniel & Haley were extremely pleasant, courteous, helpful, and professional.

Good job catering our wedding for 150 guests. The paella and appetizers we’re excellent. Many of our guests never had this type of food before. Everyone enjoyed it. The cooking was fun. Thank you Paella Time.

Amazingly delicious paella! We had them cater a party that was less than two weeks away, and they came through. The staff were resourceful, cooking two giant pans of paella (one veggie and one with all seafood and meats) in small designated corner. One paella pan was actually cooked on our stovetop with all five burners going at the same time. We also had three tapas - a jamon and melon, a ceviche, and a champignon. All were delicious. The staff mixed wonderful sangria beforehand. Our party guests all remarked how unique and delicious the food was, and some jumped at the opportunity to book these guys for a subsequent event. We will definitely be making this a yearly tradition and look forward to working with Ralph and his team again!

Ralph and his team were excellent. The planning process was very detailed to ensure that all of my expectations for the event would be met. They are able accommodate a variety of needs for any kind of event. The mixed paella was phenomenal. The chef and server we had, Daniel and Tiffany were very friendly, professional, and attentive. Highly recommend.

Thank you very much for the event you helped us put on. Guests raved about the food. One guest said that she’d had paella recently at a winery in Lodi that makes Spanish-style wines, and they’d brought in a chef from Spain. She said that our paella was better than the one in Lodi - she commented that she could actually taste the saffron in Paella Times'. The service from Chris, Tiffany, Kelly, and Tim was fantastic - they enhanced the event by their presence. David McLean and his wife Clare provided a perfect musical backdrop. Over the weekend Paella Time catered my Mother's 50th birthday. Working with Ralph was incredibly easy. This was a big occasion, and Ralph made it so simple. We had a amazing time, and everything surpassed our expectations. The paella was DELICIOUS, the flamenco entertainment was so much fun, and the staff provided excellent service! Can't thank you enough for helping make my Mother’s 50th birthday special!

Paella Time catered my husband's 60th birthday party this past weekend. By far the BEST catering experience we've had. It was fun to watch Chef Jerry in action cooking tapas & paella. The sangria, the tapas, the paella was all superb. The flamenco guitarist and dancer we're incredible, and a nice added touch that I didn't even consider until I discovered this service through Paella Time. All around a AMAZING experience. Paella Time did an amazing job catering our anniversary party. I'm usually handling all the details for our parties, but this time I wanted to turn to someone that would allow me to enjoy our special night. If I had know it would be this easy, I would have hired Paella Time a long time ago. They arrived early, and had sangria and tapas ready when our guests arrived. Watching the chef cook the paella in our backyard was very entertaining. Everything was superb! Thank you for a relaxing and very enjoyable evening. We'll be in touch again.
