My daughter has attended One Martial Arts karate class since she was 6 and she just loves this place. The professor is a very inspirational teacher, who not only teaches karate but also teaches values and morals such as discipline, responsibility, focus, honesty. It is a very clean facility with consistently high quality teachers. They also have kick boxing for adults and adult karate. The kick boxing is very popular, and rigorous. I recommend it unconditionally. The one thing I will say is that sometimes the class size for kids karate can be big. One on one classes can be arranged but they are expensive.

Brides to be: take this class. I was stressing over the fact that my wedding was only 2 months away, and I wanted quick results. A friend recommended cardio kick-boxing and I tried it one Friday night. I was hooked! The instructors were so enthusiastic and the music really got my heart pumping. Before I knew it, we had worked out our entire body in just one hour. The class also incorporates stretching and weights to condition your body, allowing for improved strength without the bulk. It is a bit more expensive than the ""retail-chain"" gyms, but is still worth the money. I still went even after the wedding was over!

One Martial Arts promotes self-discipline by encouraging their students to try harder and being their best. Professor Beliso not only teaches self-defense (which is also a great work-out) but shares his morals with his students, which apply to every aspect of life. Raising a child can be somewhat challenging at any age?In my case, I have a one in high school (freshman). The school guides the older students to become flourished leaders by means of patience and empathy.
I tried Cardio kickboxing here for the first time and had the best workout i've had in years. The instructor as well as the other people taking the class made me feel so welcome. The routines were easy to follow and I had a blast kicking and punching the bags! And best of all, i had so much fun working out. Thanks for making me sweat! -Isabelle, San Francisco
