Need I say more? The reviews here are all negative! Our whole package cost us approximately $5500. The only thing we received from them was our engagement album and the engagement photo enlargement. After taking your deposit and money, they treat you like crap! Take a good read on these reviews! You're best spending your money elsewhere!

This place will robb you, then treat you like trash!

For those brides and grooms to be, I'm glad that you're doing your homework to read reviews about loveliness. *** For more reviews (mostly bad ones that you'll find,) please visit CitySearch, Yahoo business reviews, Chopstick Brides, RateItAll, and whatever ones you can find. Apparently, loveliness does not have any experienced workers to handle the volumn of work they have. All they keep focussing on is bringing in more and more business. Please, don't believe anything they tell you. Once they have completed their shooting services and collected at least 80% of your money (they have already made their profit by now) they shift their attention from you to new customers. This is only the beginning of a long and ugly battle for you to fight with them. She claimed to have retired, but we all know that is a BIG lie! She is still the official registered owner for this business. These thieves (loveliness) are not expert in ANYTHING exept for LYING and ROBBING people's money. They prey on the fact that after a while most couples would just give up fighting them because it's too draining. This way, loveliness wins because they keep your thousands of dollars and merely deliver the minimum (crappy final products that are full of mistakes.) If you try to get them to fix their own mistakes they will put you in the back burner and deal with new customers instead. Also, the son will tell you that you're lucky because he's not charging you for them to fix their own mistakes. If this is not the most ABSURD thing anyone has heard, then I can't imagine what is. One of the reviewers is so right about categorizing ricky as RETARDED, since this is not what a normal person would say. This entire loveliness family has absolutely no sense of morality, character, integrity, and more. You can tell by how their children have turned out (lie, cheat, robb, etc.) just like the parents. I don't know what else to say to help discourage you from stepping into loveliness=HELL.

Worst customer service experience ever!!

Sounds like the reviews from cindyyau and kaylayeetsai are not genuine and something their staff would write. Discounting those two reviews and if the site allowed people to give negative or zero stars they truly deserve, Loveliness would not have a rating.

Anyway, my wife and I had similar experiences as the other reviewers. How could so many different people experience the same crappy service and this place remain in business? Loveliness took what should have been one of the most memorable events in a couple's life and turned it into one long nightmarish encounter that, unfortunately for us, still persists today.

It has been 16 months and we have yet to get a single photograph from this place -- unless you count the thank you cards we received. These ""people"" are dishonest, two-faced thieves who prey on the unsuspecting. CAVEAT EMPTOR!! BE FOREWARNED... DO NOT sign a contract with these unprofessionals. They will ruin your event... if not, you certainly will not get your pictures anytime soon.

PLEASE... do yourselves a favor and avoid Loveliness -- this place should be called ""Incompetence"" instead!! It appears litigation against Loveliness is in our near future. Too bad all of us who have experienced bad service from this company cannot ban together and close this place down!! However, by writing bad reviews and telling others, perhaps we can facilitate Darwinism in the right direction. Loveliness does not deserve to stay in business doing this to consumers. There are ways to make money; however, doing so through deceit and misery should be disallowed.

And... the comment from kaylayeetsai about ""Loviness is one of THE best wedding videography, photography and make up artist you could have for your wedding day."" ARE YOU KIDDING?? PLEASE... if you are going to grossly exaggerate, at least make it within the realm of reality! Hmm... is it a coincidence that this person has the same last name as the owner??? I THINK NOT!!

Worst Business Ever -- BEWARE: Incompetence Starts At The Top And Trickles Downward...

Run away from Loveliness as fast you can and be glad you did. This family operation does not know anything about customer service. They claim to have been in the business successfully for over 10 years, but you could have fooled me based on what my wife and I have been through over these painful 13 months and counting. The owners have amnesia and cannot recall what they say from day-to-day. When trying to get you to sign on the dotted line, they will tell you whatever you want to hear; however, once they get you to sign on the dotted line, that is where the ""horror"" really begins.

Forget about customer service; Loveliness is an experience no one should go through -- you make requests but the staff rarely replies unless ""you"" initiate it. My wife and I have lost track on the number of times when they said we would have our pictures to review in a couple weeks, only to have a month go by and not even a phone call; and when we finally get the changes, only a fraction of them are done -- some done incompetently. The pictures are processed by the most incompetent group of so-called ""professionals"" in Taiwan. When requesting touch-ups, be prepared to tell these ""jokers"" many times. To save time, I suggest you write them down once and be prepared to submit that list many times over to the ""pros"".

Additionally, do not count on getting your pictures anytime soon. It has been over a year now and we have yet to get our wedding day album. For the most part, monkeys could comparatively do just as admirable a job, charge less, and customers would not have to brave the amt of b/s and excuses. Do not get ""suckered"" in by these con artists. They do not even deserve one star. This place should be ashamed to call itself a business. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. My wife and I think a sharp stick in the eye would have been less of an ordeal than having to deal with the amt of incompetence called Loveliness.

Poor service, Unhonest & Unprofessional

Sloppy and lousy service says most of it! This place has caused me so much frustration. It has been over 7 months since my wedding, and currently I'm still waiting for a final layout for my wedding album. They are horrible with communication, they rely on ""so called"" desingers from Taiwan to do the layouts who cannot get things right. I have to communicate the same changes numerous times, which is why the delay.

Once they hook you with their sales pitch, and you make that first payment, you are stuck. It's downhill from there. The quality and service is the worst I have seen. They are extremely unprofessional and what bothers me most is that they constantly claim what great quality of work they provide. How can they say such thing when they can't even produce products within a reasonable timeframe? I see them taking out other people's finalized album to show others without their permission, and how they glue the albums, is they have their workers sit on them so they stay. It's just SLOPPY!

I seriously think the good comments listed from others on this page are their own people writing them. This place is so shady that I wouldn't count that out.

It's not worth the stress. You're better off paying a little more elsewhere, not that they were cheap. Loveliness has made my wedding photography expeience an awful one. BEWARE!!

I must agree with all the victims here. Their service is so bad. Please, don't go there. I garantee you will regret unless you leave next to them and visit them everyday. So far all the comment I heard is the time they take. You may not care at the first moment, but if you still can't get your marry photos after couples months. Why you take the photo???

extreme poor after buy service!!

Even though they took good photos, they took forever to deliver your stuff to you! So far we have been waiting for 8 months for our wedding photos and DVD!! What the heck~? We called, we emailed, they just bs that the one who in charge was not there. Dude, what should we do? I want our one-life-one-time memory! Don't go there! It is totally a trap!! They always treat you like prince and princess when you reached there the first time, or at least when you have not pay full!

I love my photos!!!

I loved my engagement pictures and my wedding gown!!! It seems like everyone complains about the poor service about this place but I think they're really good. They are more like a family environment rather than very business-like, which my husband and I prefer. I was also a bit skeptical when I read all the bad reviews but I decided to go see for myself and I'm so glad that I did. They were able to make me look absolutely flawless, either with the incredible makeup (they gave me the crease in my eye that I don't normally have), the photography lighting, or the final touch-ups in photoshop. I don't really care how they did it, my photos came out great and I would highly recommend them.
It sounds like everyone else is complaining about their service. Shouldn't artists be judged based on their work rather than how soon they can return emails and calls? Hey, I guess if they're slow, it just means they are that good and that busy! And I know why after seeing my pictures!

Worst Customer Service, Unreliable & Unprofessional

Our experience with this company was absolutely HORRIFIC! Not only did this company put us through a lot of stress by delaying our wedding albums & video delivery; The staff and the owner were not responsive to our calls and emails. They changed photographers on us the day of our Engagement shoot & a couple of days before the wedding. They keep insisting the photographers they had replaced was the best. When we all agreed to have a particular person in mind way before the wedding. They also lost some of our pictures and made so many errors on our lay-outs & still keep making mistakes after all the emails, phone calls and discussing the said issue in person. They had also made us drive back & forth to their office to look for the missing photos ourselves which they claimed they could not find yet we were able to find it after three consecutive weekends of spending time in their office. Their staff are INCOMPETENT and can't understand simple directions. It has been a year now and we are still awaiting results. I wish I had the chance to check the past reviews otherwise I wouldn't have hired them.

I would NEVER ever recommend this company to ANYONE. It was the biggest mistake to hire them.

Very Poor! Don't go!

My friend just got married and I was one of her bridesmaids. I agree with the first two postings. In the beginning, when you meet them, they seem friendly and nice. That?s just a mask. Yes! You might be hook to their company in the 2 3 times when you talk to them. That's because they market their work and company everyday, obviously they are very good at it and make you hook.

They have tactic! Whenever you request for something or change something to the photos (simply like picture touch up), they want to charge you extra (on top of your photo package.) A staff said the touch up is difficult to do and it takes more time for their staff, so they need to charge extra for the time."" What! touch up needs to charge?

They are difficult people to work with during the wedding planning process. They are manipulative and irresponsible. They did not do my friend's touch up pictures until 2 months+ later, that's after the photo shooting. They do not put customer first. You can go and see it yourself. Good luck!
