Litke Properties

Their website falsely claims the following:

From our executive staff through individual property managers, Jackson Square Management is dedicated to the quality of life we provide to residents. All of our staff have extensive professional management expertise, and are dedicated to making sure you enjoy the quality of life you deserve."

This is almost funny it is so untrue. I currently live at Terrene at the Grove apartments in wilsonville Oregon. Before Jackson bough this complex it was a wonderful place to call home. It was a beautiful property, friendly staff and good neighbors. Since Jackson bought it it has been nothing but problems. There is no communication with the residents, the Manager Alax is mean to say the least, and people are moving out of here in record numbers. I have to assume that the above quote from their website is nothing more than lip service for marketing purposes.
