This is a great place for music lovers. Great ambience and very clean and organized. Highly recommend.

Lennon is a great rehearsal sp...

Lennon is a great rehearsal space for both bands and solo musicians. They offer 3 different size rooms available for rent in 3 hour blocks at competitive SF rates. They are fairly well sound-proofed but you can hear the band next door sometimes if they happen to be rockers. If you play quieter music, you may want to ask beforehand to make sure you don't end up in a situation that could be distracting while you're trying perform. They're usually accommodating. If they have other spaces available, they are willing to move you if you want. All rooms have a decent PA system. The larger rooms have a small drum riser as well. They even offer a sound stage room which is like a small club with PA system, full-size stage, and lighting.

If you're in a full-time band and need a lock-out space where you can leave your equipment as well as practice on your own schedule, Lennon offers that too. They have a few size rooms. There are a bunch of bands already in there but it's often that a band needs someone else to share their space to help keep the rent affordable. You can call them to see what they have available and what the rates are.

For those needing equipment storage, Lennon has some lockers available for rent to musicians who practice there consistently. I think you need to practice at least 4 times a month but they may have changed that policy? Speaking of equipment, Lennon also has a variety of equipment for rent depending on your needs.

The Lennon staff is friendly and helpful. Give them a call to find out more.
