Per my Enterprise contract I booked and Intermediate car. When I picked up the car at SFO Airport, I was given a compact car (Make/Model: HYUN / ACCENT). I questioned the attendant about the car size, I was told I could upgrade to $ 20.00!
On returning the car to San Jose Airport, I asked the attendant what category the car was the car I was given. “Compact” … I was given an $ 8.00 credit.
When I rent a car I expect to receive the type of car I’m paying for!

First time in years I rented from Enterprise. What a surprise! Pleasant people, clean car and I could pick the one I wanted. Rented from San Francisco and check out people were amazing. When I brought it back, I checked in w Brandon, who was polite and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. These guys rock. I will be back , Enterprise. Keep it up.
Recently rented a van in San Francisco and returned it in Las Vegas. The associates at the San Francisco airport were outstanding and friendly. The vehicle performed well however while driving through the mountains the brakes rattled making the ride quite frightening . Upon returning the vehicle in Las Vegas we made the associates aware that the brakes need to be inspected. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience
Considering the unexpected storm w/e 10/16/16 the service I received was excellent. Enterprise did cut the one-way fee in half to $75,00 due to cancelled flights. My flight from SFO to FAT (Fresno) on Saturday 10/15/16 was cancelled and the next available was Monday. I was really left with no choice but to rent a car and drive the 3 plus hours. The gentleman that was processing my vehicle for me was extremely courteous and even helped put the luggage in the back of the SUV. I understand the one way fee and am very appreciative of the discount however, what is the deal with the Air Trans Fee of $19.00? The way the airport is set-up there is no other way to get to the rental vehicle's but by Air Trans.Overall for (Enterprise Customer Service) I cant complain and would rate the service as a 5 plus
SFO Airport Car condition was fine but arranging consecutive rentals, 3 day business rental followed by a 4 day personal rental, seemed to be filled with uncertainly at Enterprise. On the telephone, the Enterprise Admin Team said one thing and at car pick-up the airport rental staff seemed completely unclear and uninformed about the correct process. I ended up cancelling the personal rental to avoid issues. #seemedlikeaneasyenoughrequest.
My recent Enterprise experience was not what I have experienced in the past. I requested a Cadillac CTS and was given the option of a Volvo or Chrysler 300. The young lady said there were no Cadillac CTSs but I had just observed one that had been turned in from servicing. When I brought this to her attention she stated that they were having recall issues with GM products. I was a bit confused but had to oress on for Monterey. After leaving and then returning the Volvo I saw two Cadillac CTSs driving up to be turned in. I brought this and my prior experience to the attention of the reception clerk who tried his best to explain the situation away. I was provided an upgrade card for future use and he asked if there was anything he could do to make up for the slight. I told him NO and that I was really disappointed. I beleibe this was an anomoly.
Enterprise is my go too when rental car is needed. Bad day at San Francisco airport. Place was quite chaotic. All rentals swamped. Service was still professional and accommodating. Waved fill up because of the delay. 2 hour set back. All in all will continue using their services.
They were quite busy at the counter when we arrived, there was a Nascar race team in front of us, but service was fast and friendly. Qhen we went down to the gatage they greeted us immediately, went over the car, loaded our bags and we were on our way. Same excellent service at drop off, friendly, courteous and a handshake sent me on my way. Definitely recommend!
