When our house flooded from a broken dishwasher, Dry Kings was on-site within a day. They got to work quickly, taking readings and photos (important for insurance claims) and setting up drying equipment. They were very patient as they described the process, including what we should expect in terms of the work they would perform, and timelines. After remediation was complete, they gave me sound advice on hiring a restoration company, and getting reimbursed properly from my insurance company. They were extremely prompt and professional throughout the entire experience. Overall, I couldn't have asked for more.

Dry Kings did a great job drying out my home after a pipe in the wall broke. The water had flowed down to the lower two stories. Dry Kings dealt with our insurance company and helped us through this nightmare.
