Skye did my updo and makeup for my wedding. I was visiting from out of town so had never been to the salon before. It was very expensive, but I was so happy with the results. Skye was so friendly and really worked to make my wedding vision come to life. My hair was perfect and my makeup was amazing. My only issue (apart from the price) was that my hair did need some pinning later on in the night as the style didn't stay put as well as I would have liked. It was an easy fix though. I would definitely recommend the salon and Skye in particular for a big occasion.

I don't know why this salon has such a high rating. I think stylists asks their clients to write good reviews about them so they can get more clients for themselves out of this.
My stylist did a HORRIBLE job on my hair. Her name is Christina. She gave me a very unflattering haircut and now I have bad hair days all the time. I have to put so much styling products just to get it to work until it grows out again. She also damaged my hair with the color and now my hair has so much breakage and split ends. The chemicals were either way too harsh or I was left under the drier too long. Every time I look at my hair now I want to cry! Maybe some stylists are good here (I don't want to put down all of them) but I will never go back because of Christina. She destroyed my hair. I hope she gets fired. Whatever you do, DON'T HAVE CHRISTINA DO YOUR HAIR! She is supposedly a senior stylist but she is the WORST stylist I ever had! My hair has all these uneven lengths now, the color is faded, and it looks so fried.
I don't recommend this salon at all. Not only did I have a horrible experience with my hair, but the salon itself is so loud, the stylists are all over the place, and they keep pushing you to but all of their expensive hair products. My hair is now awful thanks to Cinta Salon. When my friends see my hair they are shocked at how badly damaged it is inside out. I tell them and I'll warn you, avoid this salon and avoid that idiot Christina like the plague!

I have been bleaching my hair blonde for nearly ten years and I never had a problem until Christina started coloring my hair, retouching my dark roots when they would grow out. I started seeing her early last year 2008 and in the beginning it was okay but after a few visits, she started getting lazy and didn't give her undivided attention to my hair. She left the bleach in too long on my roots and it overlapped on previously bleached hair. When this happened a lot of my hair broke off near the roots and I ended up with all these short hairs on the top of my head. She also had me come every 6 weeks for touch ups which was a big mistake. I listened because I thought she knew what she was doing. Every stylist I talked to since then said you should wait at least 8-10 weeks between touch ups. It's as if she just wanted her job to be easier and didn't really care about her clients hair. When I started noticing my hair break off and told her about it, she suggested I do a high lift tint which would lighten my hair without bleach. She said that way my hair wouldn't get damaged and I ""won't end up with a mullet."" I am not kidding. Those were her actual words. Again I listened because I though she knew what she was doing. She didn't. I ended up having an inch of orange hair on top of my long blonde hair. And when my dark roots grew out I had 3 different colors; brow, orange, and blonde! It was hideous! I could have done a better job with a bottle from Walgreen's if I did it myself and with a fraction of the cost, and trust me I have done that before! That was the last time (6 months ago) I ever visited and will ever visit Cinta Salon. When I complained about the damage that Christina did to my hair, they refunded me the money from my last appointment but that could not undo all of the breakage that was done to my hair which will take 2-3 years to grow back.
I now go to a different salon that is a little more expensive but at least I know the stylists know what they are doing. A little extra money is worth the peace of mind I get knowing my hair won't be butchered to death. My stylist was able to correct the color that Christina did and now my hair is a nice even golden blonde. He also is very careful with the bleach. He doesn't leave it on too long and it doesn't burn my scalp. I just have to be extremely patient and wait for my short hair to grow back to the length that it once was so it can match the rest of my hair. I still can't even get it all in a ponytail.
I'm not a vain person but I always loved getting compliments on my hair. Since Christina ruined my hair I hardly ever get compliments on it anymore. She even had the nerve to push all this high end product on me so I can ""save my hair"" which wouldn't have needed to be saved in the first place if she knew what she was doing. When I first started seeing Christina, she asked me if I could write a good review on her on yelp. Obviously I have since removed it. How tacky that you have to ask your clients to write a good review about you? A good stylist would never need to do that. That's like changing a failing grade in school. It's too bad because I used to give her a really good tip, 30% every time. What a waste of money and what an incompetent hairstylist! Senior Stylist my shoe!
My only hope by writing this review is that no one else will have to go through all the trauma that I went through with my hair. Christina is an extremely incompetent hairstylist who shouldn't be allowed to touch anyone's hair with a ten foot pole.
My hair was DESTROYED thanks to Cinta Salon and if this review hurts their business then so be it. I really don't care...they deserve it. Save your hair and save your money: Don't get your hair done at Cinta Salon!

I've been to a lot of mani/pedicurists in this city (even those ranked ""the best"" by this website) and I always come back to Lihn and Swan when I want it done right. It's $60 and it's well worth it. If you're looking for more than just some scented lotions and a quick color change, come to Lihn and Swan. I'm a runner and climber and they take such good care of my abused feet! They take care of ingrowns without me having to say anything and their color application is perfect everytime.

I absolutely love Cass' haircuts. And her attitude and skill are unparalled. It's such a great experience going to see her for haircuts. She's especially good with angled cuts and always does such a great job with my short hair. But beware, she charged $92 a pop, which can get pricey. But she's certainly worth it every so often :).

This was the WORST updo experience ever. In the past, I've given CINTA the benefit of the doubt, and because of so many recommendations, I have gone back again and again to try different stylists and even paid $94 for a haircut from a ""mentor"". NOT WORTH IT. This last experience was awful and drove me to never go back. They charged me $70 for an updo, which was done by a stylist. She clearly didn't know what she was doing, and when I asked if she did updo's regularly, she said that she was actually a COLORIST! The worst part is that my ""updo"" fell apart 10 minutes after I walked out.

I've going to this salon for the past 6 years & will continue doing so. Fortunately, I have never experienced anything negative at this salon. Tried several other salons, but none have beat Cinta Salon. Cass has been doing my hair for the past 2 years and always does an exceptional job. She is extremely sweet and a great listener. Not only do I love this salon, but now my mother does too (since Aug'05)! Very professional and great hairsylists, colorist, and estheticians! (Tad pricy but worth it - to me at least)
