        Overall

        I took Alhambra water service from costco first of all it too 1 month for them to deliver the machine and cans to san mateo and every time there is a schedule it gets post pone to 1 week . completely worst service I am surprice in US this happens. Never I got water on time and with out any notifications they change the delivery dates. I strongly will not recommend any one to take this

        Due to very very poor service I infact terminated the service , but later I thought it might have changed . But again when I activated my account I was confirmed it will be delivered on 06Sep which I also spoke to the customer care and took a confirmation but not received . Then when I called on 07Sep I got a shocking information as it will be done on 14Sep .

        Either Alhambra water service is always poor or delivery people dont like me. 1 day delay make sense how can it e 1 week delay and that too every time same problem
