On May 31, 2013 a severely abused and tortured dog was dumped in the middle of the night by an Asian man. This was seen on the security cameras. The dog had a bungee cord wrapped around her neck an legs and had been in place for so long it was embedded in her skin, she had only dirt and sticks in her stomach, and she was covered in open wounds. Nothing could be done and she was put to sleep. ABC and NBC local news covered the story and are doing a follow-up story on Friday. There is an 18 thousand dollar, and growing, reward for information leading to the arrest of the abuser of this animal. Channel 8 Chinese TV will not cover the story and will not publicize the reward. Why?

The dog had a bungee cord wrapped around her neck and legs and it was embedded into the skin, the only thing in her stomach was dirt and sticks, she was full of open wounds, and clearly the abuse had gone on for a long time. Oakland Animal Services said they have never seen a dog this severely tortured. Nothing could be done and the dog was put down. There is now a reward for 18 thousand dollars, and growing, for information leading to the arrest of the abuser of this dog. Local ABC and NBC News covered the story and are doing a follow-up story this Friday. Channel 8 Chinese news will not cover the story and will not publicize the reward for information so this sadistic person can be arrested and brought to justice. Why?

Because the act was so heinous there is a reward of 18 thousand dollars for information leading to the abuser. The size of the reward is growing daily. Channel 8 Chinese TV of the San Francisco bay area will not cover the story or advertise the reward for information. Why?
