Found credit card for Fidelity Investments customer on snorkel tour on ocean floor. Called to arrange to get card back to owner and representative would only state that they will cut the card off as stolen. She made no effort to contact her valued client to advise the card was found. Now that poor customer will have a no card on his trip. Poor customer service #fidelityinvestmentsvisa
I interface with Fidelity almost exclusively online or over the phone. When closing on our house it came down to having to bank wire same day, and I didn't want to risk the call-in/fax-in route. So I dropped in to the office over lunch. Everyone here was welcoming, there was no waiting (even at the lunch hour rush) and the gentlemen who helped me did so expediently.
