I recently went in to buy my first car ever and Christian Guerra made it such an amazing experience! He was by far the best salesman I’ve had, and let me tell you I’ve been to plenty trying to find my first car! He was very patient and understanding with me and my mom; he made sure we felt comfortable throughout the whole process and didn’t rush us into making a decision. I went in to this dealership just to look around and had no plans of buying a car, but here i am the new owner of a Honda! Thanks Christian for the awesome car and amazing deal!! Would definitely recommend this dealership and Christian!

My dad and I decided to stop by this dealership on Saturday to checkout a car that we saw online. We were greeted by Fahad who showed us the car, which ended up not being what we wanted because it was manual. Instead of showing us some random options, Fahad took the time to listen to us to understand what kind of car we were looking for, and just like that he showed us a car that I didn't have in mind but was exactly what I was looking for. Fahad went above and beyond during the whole process, he got me an amazing financing plan, even though it is my first car and he helped us to overcome a couple hiccups that we had with the paperwork. Amazing person and seller. Highly recommended.

I bought my 2016 Honda Accord Sport from Luis Nava on Thursday. My husband bought a 2011 Honda CRV from him in 2016. Luis is our go to man for buying cars! He is friendly, knowledgeable and oh so helpful! I had a 2003 Honda Accord DX for the past 15 years. I had no idea how much cars have changed in the years since then. I couldn't even adjust the power seat. Luis had to help me with this and never got upset. He told me to call him with any questions I might have and I am sure I will have them! He was fast with the process and very courteous! This is the BEST dealer to go to and Luis is the only man to see! I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend seeing him. He will help you. :D Thank you, Luis Nava!!

Please read and see attachments! Real client and regret every minute of it!

This does not deserve one star but I HAVE to select one. I bought my car there in November 2017, it is July 11, 2018 and I am still having paper work issues.

1st issue- the dealer cashed my deposit check 3 days before the day I had authorized it. Mind you, they promised me and reassured me that they would wait to cash my check. Nope, $1,500 deducted sooner (w/out my knowledge). My house payment was due the day before and my bank contacted me saying my house payment did not go through since $1,500 was taken.. this isn't a small bill- its my MORTGAGE- AKA CREDIT SCORE!! That was my first issue.

2nd Issue- the sales man that sold me my car passed away a few weeks after and he did not sell me the correct car. I had paper work that was not for the car I was driving. Pretty much I had gone 4 months paying a car that was not mine and insurance for a car that wasn't even the correct car. In March they call me, telling me I need to take the car back because they messed up my paper work. This put my payments on hold for 4 months and I could not make a payment because I didn't have an account. If ANYTHING had happened to me, I was not covered. The sales manager is so rude, didn't even handle my case- instead he forwarded it to his Agent Luzmaria Sanchez. I took the car back - they took my plates off and i had to wait for a new contract.

NOTHING was done for this inconvenience either

3rd Issue-

Received a letter from the DMV saying they cannot find my proof of insurance and my registration will be suspended on 7/27. I PAY $300 for insurance every month and my $500 payments for the car. I have NEVER been missed a car payment and I have NEVER missed an insurance payment either..

It's July & I don't know who's insurance I am paying or what car. No call back either!
PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER!! This dealer DOES NOT KNOW how to sell cars!
