        had new tires put on my wifes...

        had new tires put on my wifes Audi A4 Cabriolet ..fist off i told them i had a time frame of 2.5 hours and i needed an alignment too...they fit me in..NICE.....when i got there to pick it up Eric came out and told me he had a problem with a lug bolt that he accidently damaged. He told me they ordered the parts and if i could come back in a day or so not only will they replace the parts needed to make the fix but since there is a few hours of labor..( whole hub has to come off and of course since its German theres a lot of other crap that needs to be moved or taken off )..he would like to have a loaner car for me to use so i dont have to wait. I would say more than 3/4 of auto repair shops would not have even told us of the damage. I must say im very impressed with this store. great job guys..and girls. DAVE V
