The only reason they got even one star from me is because they have okay (not good) but okay prices and the guy that is at the Tucson gun shows is friendly. I purchased 1000 rounds of 9mm from surefire at the Tucson prepper fest and it has been a nightmare. Squibs and light loads, a few total failures to fire and even some over pressured rounds. There were at least two problems per magazine. I've got documented proof of all of this on YouTube and I will never buy...or suggest anyone buy...from this hack company ever again. Not only are their loads unpredictable, but dangerous.
I am very pleased with the interactions I have had with SureFire Ammunition. I have purchased from them at 2 different Gun Shows in Tucson, AZ and couldn't be happier (except they ran out of .556 at the last show). Both of the guys that were at the shows were terrific.

Continually exceeds my expectations! I have shot 5000 +/- rounds of .45 through my Springfield LW and Kimber Ultra II CDP. 3000 rounds of .9mm through my XD(m), not one single FTF or miss fire. Good prices (they ALWAYS are less than their competitors) and great service. I will continue to use these guys. Mike is my guy at the company, he is first rate! (I wish there were more stars than 5)
I ordered large qty of 9mm and .223 at the Santa Maria Gun Show in February. Got delivery in late April and completed by June. Also ordered .45 Cal in early March by phone and received all 2000 rnds in June. Shot this ammo for training and have not had any FTF in about 3000 rnds fired. When they don't have supplies, they don't staff the productuon facility. Then it is impossible to get them by phone. Given the state of ammo supplies the last 8 months, Surefire has been a great resource for good ammo at very reasonable prices...if you can wait a few months for delivery. I'll order from then again.
Stay away from this business as they renege on their promises. I went to the Reno show in January and ordered 500 rounds of ammo and still haven't got it. All they say is next week, next week.Stay away.......
I was about the join the chorus of dissatisfied customers, when to my surprise, half of my pre-paid order from January, arrived at my door today. I am now hopeful that the balance will arrive soon. This may not sound like a glowing endorsement, however keep in mind the unprecedented demand for ammunition, and the absolute scarcity of supply that exists at this time. Today's delivery has restored my faith that Surefire will make good on my and others orders in time.
Worst company I have ever experienced! I realize there is a shortage of ammo, but don't keep telling me 2-3 weeks over and over again. That's if someone will even answer the phone or reply to voicemail/email. When they do answer the phone, some can barely speak english. A refund has been requested 2 weeks ago and still no result! Stay far away from these guys!
I paid this company $416.16 for ammunition on March 2 at the Tucson Gun Show. I have received nothing since then and they have refused to answer more then a dozen phone calls. I have contacted the BBB and the Gun Show operator about this business and their fraudulent business practices. Do not order any materials from this company as you will not receive them, and you cannot communicate with a real person about any problems.
I placed my order, and paid in full, on 1/20/13. Here it is 3/25/13, some 2 months plus, and still no delivery. I spoke with Mike I believe, at the Crossroads of the West gun show in Phoenix, and due to an earlier glitch with my order, he told me he would put a rush (two week) on my order. Have left a number of voice-mails in the past few days, but no answer, and no return call. Is this a scam or what??
