Don't ever take your bike here if you want it back within a reasonable amount of time. 1ST TIME: I got into a bike accident and had my bike repaired here....... it took them over 2 months to get my bike back to me. first it was parts issues, then it was a hassle between them and insurance with both saying then they were waiting on the other one, then I was told my bike wasn't even going to be worked on because desert season was coming up and apparently my bike (that they had for about a month at this point) wasn't a priority. 2nd TIME: they lied repeatedly about when they would finish my service. i wasn't even planning on dropping my bike off but they said they would have it done quick. no phone call no nothing called to pick my bike up they hadn't even started on it. then after i was mad about that asked me to leave it overnight so they could start it in the morning.... apparently threatening to go to SB motors is the only way to get them to work on your bike.Damian Parker

If your thinking about buying a motorcycle or jetski. I would not recommended to any one to buy from Fun Bike Center. But if you do, here is something you should know. C L R A, that stands for Customer Legal Remedy Act. Fun Bike Center doesn't seem to care at all about taking care of their customers, unless it's just to take them for all the money they can get, or to do what ever they need to keep in control of the situations they get into. This is how they took care of a very decent and special lady, that I live with, once she walked in and told the people at Fun Bike Center that she wanted to buy a jetski, but needed their expertise to make sure to get the one that best suited her wants and needs. This is what I witness as they took her for all they could get. For the purpose of this review I will refer to my friend as Ann. I was with Ann the day she bought her jetski at fun bike center, and this is what we've found out, since she purchased it.1. Even though I was not a partner in the Credit application, Jasper their salesman violated her very right to privacy when he told me what Her credit score was2. A.J. their finance officer, told us the one she was buying had a 1.8 liter engine - IT DOES NOT, it only has a 1.1 liter engine.3. A.J. told us it came with a 3 Year factory warranty - It DID NOT, it only came with a 1 year warranty.4. A.J. told us that their extended warranty would cover a valve job if we needed it 5 years down the road, and the only thing it would not cover was consumibles like spark plugs. In truth it does not cover wear and tear, so with enough hours that valve job would not be covered by the warranty.5. While trying to sell us the prepaid maintenance plan, that covered the first 5 services, A.J. said that the jetski would need to be serviced after 10 hours and then, every 50 hours after that to keep the warranty intact. He said the 10 hour service would cost us $209 and the 50 hour services would cost around $329Fact - the owners Manuel says it needs to be serviced at 10 hours and every 100 hours after that, and it would be almost impossible to need all 5 services before the contract expired, even if you extended the contract another year. And when calling fun Bike center to get the 10 hr service done, they told us it would normally take a week to do and cost $329.6. We left fun bike center, thinking that she had a regular auto or vehicle type loan at 9.9% and it would take 60 months to pay off only to find out that they had not only opened up to lines of credit on her, but that the whole transaction was put on an open end credit card, that would take 6 years to pay off, but could also balloon up to 28% interest!!7.Melo Gusman, the General Manager of fun bike center, Has offered to buy the jetski back, but only if it has under 30 hours on it and no significant damage to it, an offer that Ann accepted, and sent mello an email stating she was accepting it, intending to sell it back to him, as soon as he paid it off it was his and we would deliver it to him. He then promptly changed the agreement, stating he would only do so if she sign a bill of sale before the payoff was complete and she would have to sign a waver clearing Fun Bike Center from any future Law suites. While he is acting like he will take it back, I believe it is only because, no attorney will accept this case under the CLRA, if he is willing to buy it back. So he has come up with a way to make anyone who wants to file a complaint suffer or pay for doing so.A search at the local court House will show 3 pages of different Law suits filed against Fun Bike Center
