These guys are great. Fast scheduling and terrific at communicating which can be a struggle with contractors. Family owned and they do everything you could possible want a contractor to do - for us they fixed some areas where we had dry rot and made the repair look seamless. Professional, caring service. Highly recommend!

I serve on the HOA board at Point Loma Tennis club. We notified the State of California about Susan Besek using a friend Francisco Perez who owns Infinity Staffing & Infinity Security. We were paying for security guards. The State of California Bureau of Security& Investigative Services investigated Infinity due to numerous complaints and allegations about providing kick backs to property management companies and committing fraud. It turned out Infinity had hired two undocumented persons who were not licensed security guards! Sure enough Susan Besek & Katie Besek had been using them defrauding our community. It turns out the Infinity Staffing / Infinity Personnel/ Infinity Security provides lobby attendants for the Marina Park Condominiums also in San Diego. You would think Susan and Katie Besek would advise there HOA board! Maybe they did? Any how don't all this corrupted Property Management Company continue to serve your community! See the links below for additional information regarding this scam that Stratus Management (the Besek's) & Infinity (Francisco Perez) continue to use in San Diego! Don't become a victim like us! We paid for licensed security guards and got two undocumented workers!Do they know how to answer a telephone. Just as well they lie and then lie to cover there lies. Professional embezzling of reserves and property managementGTK-Katie Besek aka Katie Contreras Katie Besek’s Husband In 2003, the authorities placed a wiretap on Torres's phone to obtain evidence about a methamphetamine distribution operation run by the Mexican Mafia. The Mexican Mafia is a Hispanic gang operating in California's prisons. The gang's methamphetamine distribution operation extends to the outside community. In the outside community, the gang designates crew leaders who manage the methamphetamine distribution operation. The crew leaders and crew members may belong to different gangs, and are not necessarily persons who have been accepted into the Mexican Mafia. The crew leaders are also charged with the responsibility of collecting debts owed to drug dealers who are under the Mexican Mafia umbrella and of "taxing" methamphetamine dealers who are allowed to operate in areas controlled by the Mexican Mafia. The taxation requires the dealers to provide the crew leader with money, which is then transmitted to Mexican Mafia members in prison and their family members. Torres and Contreras are members of the Old Town National City gang, and Gongora is a member of the Del Sol gang. The prosecution presented evidence that Torres was a crew leader for the Mexican Mafia, running a methamphetamine distribution operation from June through December 2003. Torres worked under Mexican Mafia members Jose Marquez and Robert Marin, who he referred to as "the Seors." Contreras and Gongora were identified as crew members working for Torres. Victims Sanchez and Bush were also methamphetamine dealers. The extortion-related conduct committed by Torres and Contreras against Sanchez occurred because Sanchez owed money to another methamphetamine dealer who Torres was protecting. The robbery-related offenses committed by defendants against victim Bush occurred as part of taxation activity directed at Bush. The conspiracy to kidnap Jauregui committed by Torres and Gongora arose because Torres believed Jauregui had arranged for Torres to be killed. Much of the evidence against defendants was derived from the wiretaps on Torres's phone, as well as from the testimony of several methamphetamine dealers who agreed to testify on behalf of the prosecution. We will present more facts concerning the offenses in our discussion of the various issues raised by the defendants.
This company is the worst property management company for my apartment. I pay $300/ month for HOA.1/ My manager is Gina. She will response emails after a week or few weeks. You can't reach her because she will never pick up her phone. You can only leave her voice messages which she never calls you back.2/There is no customer service line to call. You have no one to complain or talk to regard any issue.3/ Their accounting department will tell you things differently. I called them three times and they confirmed that they received my check. However, reply to my email Patricia said they did not. Then, I replied back with my evidence.4/ Their accounting department do not reply to customer's email with proper manner. They are rude while I always say Hi with name and thank you by the end of the email. Let me tell your company that I pay my HOA fee on time. I do not owe any payment. I talk to your employee with proper manner and nicely. However, your company doesn't work properly for what we paid. If you do not take any actions regarding your customer service, I hope our community has a new and better property management company.
This management company drains funds from reserves and uses vendors that provide them kick backs. Don’t trust the Beseks they are Pathological Liers and megalomaniacs.
Horrible company. Never do repairs on time or in a correct way. Use cheep materials that come apart easily when it comes to flooring. They are disrespectful to their staff in front of tenants and talk down to them. They try to beg and pay for good reviews. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!
These guys really know what they are talking about. If you have any questions about buying or selling properties for cannabis use these are the experts!
Fantastic property management service. Our tenants are very pleased with them as well. As owners we trust and recommend Rip-Cloud Property Services.
I love living here! We've lived here since June 2016. The property manager is on top of everything. The outside is well maintained. But most of all i feel safe here.
Randy does top quality work and is in high demand. He stays true to his estimates and completes his work on time. He has done big jobs for me like painting the interior and exterior of my home and he has come to my home as an emergency to reattach my gas oven with a new line after SDG&E capped it due to a leak. He has worked for me numerous times over the past 18 to 20 years. He built my gates, insulated and drywalled my garage... The list goes on. I highly recommend him. Debby San Diego 10/30/17
We lived in our apartment for over 7 years. The company bought the building from the original owner but did no work on our unit. Then, when were ready to move out, they charged us $675 for things like paint, carpet, and holes in the walls. It is illegal to charge tenants for things like this when they have had such a long residency. The manager, Laura Hutchinson, was useless, unreliable, irresponsible and unresponsive. . This company is dishonest. My advice would be to get EVERYTHING in writing, even video tape if you have to. Do not take anything they say for value...its is absurd to charge us $675 after living there for 7 years. Oh, another fun time, they redid our kitchen and didn't put the sink in. We came home to no sink. When I asked for money to go eat something (how can I cook in a kitchen with no sink??), Laura the useless manager got angry and hung up on me. A truly awful company.
