I love living here! We've lived here since June 2016. The property manager is on top of everything. The outside is well maintained. But most of all i feel safe here.
We lived in our apartment for over 7 years. The company bought the building from the original owner but did no work on our unit. Then, when were ready to move out, they charged us $675 for things like paint, carpet, and holes in the walls. It is illegal to charge tenants for things like this when they have had such a long residency. The manager, Laura Hutchinson, was useless, unreliable, irresponsible and unresponsive. . This company is dishonest. My advice would be to get EVERYTHING in writing, even video tape if you have to. Do not take anything they say for value...its is absurd to charge us $675 after living there for 7 years. Oh, another fun time, they redid our kitchen and didn't put the sink in. We came home to no sink. When I asked for money to go eat something (how can I cook in a kitchen with no sink??), Laura the useless manager got angry and hung up on me. A truly awful company.
This property management allowed tenants to rent my home that had less than a 500 credit score, had criminal backgrounds and we're growing marijuan on the premesis. They also failed to perform mandartory preliminary walk thru to document the condition of the home prior to the tenants they approved to rent the home. These tenants left the home without clrleaning it and did over 10,000 dollars in damage and stolen property to the home. Don't become a victim to these unprofessional people like I did. They are not professional and ethical as they appear to be!
Hi my name is Francisco Gonzalezl and my family rented approximately a year ago with Walz properties and our experience was very good, the service of the property manager with a lot of respect and very professional,we searched in many different places but realized that Walz Properties apartments were some fo the best in price and especially in cleanliness, we were given a completely remodeled unit with grant and new floor, no cockroaches, basically a luxury apartment, also always fulfilled on time with respect my work orders, i strongly recommend Walz Properties as my best experience in service, respect to the tenant
Property owner/Property Management company. Illegally kicked me out of my apartment by contriving cryteria to navigate around Tenants Right to Know law. Resident for over 5 years. Wanted be out to put baseboard around the ceiling and raise the rent in North Park.To most likely sell the property to get out from underneath the in-slab plumbing problems.They make pond scum look good.
We recently rented 2 condos side by side for 6 adults and 4 kids over spring break. It was the best! Our condos were right on the beach, clean, well stoked, comfortable, everything worked properly, and the service was amazing! We would recommend using this company to anyone and we will definitely be using them again in the future!
I have rented an apartment through this property management company for over a year now and they are always quick to respond to any maintenance related issues I have. The office staff is friendly and easy to work with. No complaints from me. I have been very happy.
Horrible experience. Worst HOA company ever. PLEASE READ. I own a property in Villa Taviana San Diego. I set up an automatic HOA payment for past 4 years because for family emergency I had to travel and I wanted to have one less thing to worry about. A year ago, management changed and without notifying us this company (N.N. Jaeschke, Inc.) which is the new HOA management cancelled our auto payment. We didn't notice that they cancelled it. Now very unexpectedly I received the first letter ever that is from a law company. The letter says that you have not paid for a year and if you don't pay we foreclose your house in 30 days. The amount that they ask for has late fees for every month and around $2000 for lawyer fees which is outrageous. THIS IS TOTALLY NOT OUR FAULT. I would expect from any decent company to contact their home owners first and notify them (instead of hiring a law firm). First, the new HOA does not address our issue and said talk to the law company directly. I talked to the law company they hired and they said we don't waive any of it. I had to pay it because I don't want them to foreclose my house for a few thousands of dollars. I am hiring a lawyer to follow up on this. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I am planning to write the same review on all possible sites to inform people to avoid dealing with this company at all costs. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD.
Melroy recently took over management of the complex where we rent. I received a letter indicating how to pay my rent, and I registered on their site, only to never get a reply. As such, I spent half a work day driving around getting money orders and hand delivering payment to their office,Then on a Sunday night, they stuck a note on the door indicating a need to enter my place the following morning. Under California law, they must provide at least 24hrs notice, if not more over the weekend. I called to let them know I did not want them entering my premises without proper notice.Did they return the call? No. Did they respect my request? Nope. Rather, they did indeed enter the premises, which is both trespassing under the law, and violation of privacy rights.Sadly, I've only had two interactions with this company and already they've justified their one star average on another review site. Stay away.
