I spent 600.00 on a bulk post card mailing for my business, 12 days later and no postcard delivered at all. They were dropped at this location on June 6. 2018. The phone number just rings and there is no one answering the phone. The 1800 number is a joke.Who is accountable for my loss as a business caused by the neglect here?
The local number for this office has been disconnected. I tried to contact the USPS through their 800 number to obtain more specific information regarding priority mail flat rate boxes and their costs and it is not functioning properly. I tried and was hung up on three times!
God sure does work in mysterious ways! My grandma sent me a package for the kids and for me and fiance and it got lost in the mail. Accidents happen and I'm sure it'll turn up. The supervisor, Marlon, for our post office wanted to make it right! He personally made a surprise visit to my house with donations from everyone at the post office who wanted to make it right. He looked up my Facebook to see how old my kids were and brought gifts and donated cash and a $25 gift card for Target. I'm so thankful and Marlon and his crew have hearts of Angels. I don't even have words for this right now, but we are truly blessed! God is good!
NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE, AFTER 5 MINUTES OF RINGING I HANG UP; AFTER 3 MINUTES OF RINGING THEY HANG UP WITHOUT ANSWERING.
I sent a certified letter too my landlord at his p.o. box with this company for my rent. The mail box company sign for my mail and lost my rent.I called and talk with the manager he didn't have time to talk told him what happened he said he would get back with me here it almost a month later and nothing from this company. I am holding them liable for my rent late fees stop payment. Or just return what your company sign for. Charlene W.
The property I live at doesn't have an assigned driver and the female mail carrier (with East Coast accent) is extremely rude! She told me she was working overtime to run our route, but refused to check the locked package boxes to check for our 4 missing packages unless she was paid extra. What an impressive union worker? We were able to get Ardel on the phone to insist she look, but she said she didn't receive calls in our mail room and still she didn't have time to check a few boxes... After 9 days of contact with the Post Office and supervisor Ardel, who promised follow up call after follow up call (broken promise), we took matters into our own hands and found our packages in the unlocked boxes, with the key already in them. I talked to a neighbor and the same thing happened to them. We moved to the area in Oct 2013 and we forwarded our address and changed all bills to our new address before we moved (had apt in our name already) and in the beginning of March 2014, we've now received 4 important documents sent in October. Around Christmas, multiple letters were open also. This Post Office is extremely unreliable!
Everytime we are to receive a package it takes 3-4 days to track down the package. They never deliver. You must pickup packages at the Post Office. Today I have a package out for delivery but by the end of the day no package has been delivered. This happens to almost every package that needs to be delivered to our business. UPS is always reliable. USPS is like pulling teeth to receive items.
