Do not trust the shipping/receiving window provided following an online purchase. After 13 days without receiving any notice of delay, nor the package, I contacted the company requesting a tracking number. The company literally made a label that day and shipped it the following day. Without my inquiry I don't know when they would have got around to shipping the order. If you are not forced to use the company, as I was, I would not recommend it. Again, please do not trust their word regarding shipping dates.

Thus far their quality of work for what they claimed to be capable of is non-existent. Scheduling with Jonathan is impossible and they want you to work around their schedules. They are over priced and most of the results I've seen are terrible, streaky, over-damp carpets.
Racist company. They will hire people of color who are graphic designers. Horrible.

Poor customer service -- and apparently no guarantee on products sold.My company ordered 3-4x ARC radio headsets costing several hundread dollars. All malfunctioned within 4 months of use. We returned them for repair/refund. We never recieved an acknowledgement from ACE. I even personally visited their warehouse in June 2012 to inquire about them and was informed they were sent back to manufacturer for replacement. But no one ever followed up; no replacement nor refund ever recieved.We avoid them now.On a humorous side: one of their sales reps actually called me, recently, to inquire about taking a tour of our company facilities for future business. I declined, of course, explaining that our company has slightly higher standards regarding our own product warranties/customer service, than exhibited by his (ACE). . . and, that we are using another source for our equipment/uniform needs.Ace has a good inventory, and therefore fills a niche in the local market in which there are few other sources for security/work uniforms and equipment. But, it seems to be operated like a "mom and pop" store; you get what they offer on the spot -- no more, and sometimes less.
