A review from the agent in question. Give me a shot and let me prove to you what a great job I can do for you!
AAAAAAAAA+++++++++ Stand up guy. I will continue to do business with him. Professional who is loyal.
The folks at Steve Richards' have been managing our property in Pacific Beach for over 20 years. Every one of our renters have been delighted with the service they have received from Steve Richards Realty. Our current personal representative, Kathleen Collins, is fabulous, going way beyond her regular duties to make sure we and our renters are happy. Please consider these fine people as property managers for your rental property in San Diego.
Very unprofessional and money motivated. Do not care about their clients one bit, I would never recommend using them.
Robert was a wealth of information and very professional. He guided me through the entire buying process and always pointed me in the right direction. This is from one of my most recent clients Regina M.

This is an amazing store with many wonderful clothing items and accessories. Gloria was very nice and helped us find some amazing items to take home with us to help us remember our Seaport Village experience. The store offers many different types of San Diego themed items from shirts to handbags. They also offer a variety of jewelry including necklaces, rings and unique and original bracelets. Gloria, the woman who worked there, was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the items in the store. Overall, shopping at Seaport Island Fashion was a very fun experience that I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit the Seaport Village Shopping Center.
IMPORTANT!! This is the best Vacation Rentals and Property Management Company in Mission Beach, San Diego, California. Ignore what others may say that are negative, our experience with Penny Realty, Inc, has been nothing short of perfect.
Totally awful experience which is still ongoing. They don't care about their clients, perhaps just their agents, I don't know. They certainly haven't cared about our experience, our concerns, even when our agent re-listed our property without our permission. We flagged our concerns to Big Block's co-founder and despite promising to look into it, he ignored our calls and emails. After a few weeks of being ignored, we tried one last time, he promised (again) to look into the email evidence we had provided him with and get back to us the next day. Surprisingly - he never did. They think it is OK to leave unhappy clients stuck in an agreement, they won't even try and find a solution for both parties to get out of it so we've now had to hire an attorney.I would recommend against using this firm. The individual agents are not employees of the firm and individually might be good to work with - BUT if you do hit a problem, and go to the founders (owners?) of the organization, Big Block may just ignore you as they have done to us.I'll post an update if anything changes now that we've hired an attorney. Perhaps they will listen if another lawyer speaks to them rather than the little people aka the customer. Will provide an update, hopefully soon!
I am a current resident at the Lofts at 655 Sixth. I really like my unit and the location is great. However, three things that I am very disappointed about are; 1. My unit was not ready when I moved in. The keys were not made for me when I went to pick them up and there were people still inside of my unit cleaning it.2. I pay $100.00 each month for parking (never a late payment). My car was correctly registered in TheLofts online database upon move in. They wrongfully towed my car from the parking garage. When I asked the office why my car was towed, they were unable to tell me why. My receipt from the towing company indicates that the reason for being towed was "parking permit expired" (my permit is current).3. The "gym". The treadmill and the elliptical do not work.
