I moved into a vacant unit in January and it has been a nightmare my downstairs neighbors constantly harrass me and what ever company I have. The windows in my unit are so old when I first moved in I had to take a paint scrapper and hammer to get them opened one window actually just fell out one night took them almost over a month to come over and fix it I pay extra for a garage that does not close so my vehicle is constantly being damaged iv had my windshield busted 2 times a window broken with my purse stolen and my tieres slashed and 3 months later my garage is still not fixed after constantly asking them to fix it not only that all the units are filled with roaches iv asked multiple times and still nothing my sink is now backing up with sewage and no one has come to fix that... my neighbors changed the back gate lock so i now have no key to get in iv asked for one multiple times but i still find myself climbing my fence to get into my unit i wont be paying rent next month and i will be moving

We sold our house in March. Unfortunately, the buyers selected this Wells Fargo office to do their mortgage. The consultant was incompetent, he lied, and he submitted the wrong kind of mortgage paperwork. As a result, the closing date was rescheduled three times, putting both buyer and seller at risk, and the appraisal was mis-managed. My understanding is that the Wells Fargo employee was eventually fired. But his manager, Greg Holcomb, was not any better at communications. Typically it took 3 phone calls to get one returned. I understand that errors can happen. What's incomprehensible to me is that Wells Fargo is completely unwilling to make any compensation for the extra costs and lost money as a result of their errors.
I had a great experience working with Brian Savala at CalPacific when purchasing my first home this past November. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. I never had any trouble getting in touch with him if i had a question and he walked me through everything, even after escrow closed he is still eager to help with any questions I have had.
