Adrain was extremely professional and friendly. Moreover, he was highly informed on the products. The staff was so patient with me as it took me a long time to decide what sofas I should pick. I was happy with their selection and thry allow returns within seven days of delivery whereas Jeromes and Ashley will not take any item back unless it’s damaged. It is difficult to really tell how a piece will look inside a room until you see it. I think the no return policy on furniture that is not custom made is unfair and overly harsh.

After a technical issue that resulted in their system being down, both Scott and Ricardo problem solved to ensure my purchase was painless- and in record time too.
