Absolutely worst service ever! Hospital bed was authorized by Dr and Health Ins, and ordered from Apria. I explained need for urgency. 38 days later, after several phone conversations with Apria, and assurances that it would be provided, they STILL have not delivered the bed! Every time I call, I get a new rep, who has to start at the beginning, get basic info all over again, and again verify the authorization documentation. Then they either promise delivery again, or say they can't figure out why the bed hasn't yet been provided and they'll have to check with "the back office" and get back to me (which they don't). Incredible!

Originally I went for a tour and the staff so very kind and understanding that I went with them. They explained everything to me in a way that was informative and comforting. I really appreciate all that they have done for me. Angel Garcia took care of so many details that I barely even wanted to think about. He was sincere and an all around nice guy who new his stuff. He had all the answers I needed. If you need home health care and hospice service, this is the right place.
I have been using Life Care Solutions for my C-Pack Machine & Supplies. I like doing business with you.
if there was anything less than a one star rating i would rate it the lowest. this agency first of all pays off SNF facilities and doctor clinics that are also in violation of HIPAA rules, and just to prove one example, Cynthia from Las Villas de Carlsbad? enought said...this agency is a violating agency but they are good at covering their crimes. not for long
I have hade very good dealings with apria when I call for supplys and gall to have my oxygen serviced the are allways profecinal and helpful very good coustermer service
Think twice before doing business here.Worked for agency for 15 years as a caregiver and also even referred a client that has been with this agency for over 8 years.Employees are not treated respectfully and either not paid on time, less than minimum wage or a live in shift of $125 or less for 24 hours of labor (this is common and I did it).
its not the the company fault its the insurance people have & MEDICARE sucks . lets put ourself in peoples shoes if it was your company YOu would want to get paid right ! medical & medicare dont pay anything ..... and ppo 's need history . lets not blam a company . its our insurance that wont pay & nothings free . i self pay quicker ....
Review regarding Opalec Home Care administrator/owner Lilia Miam Opalec I placed my husband in this board and care for just over five months, I brought him home august tenth to die. I contacted Lilia Opalec twice to return the remainder of the money that I paid for August. She feels I should pay for another week because I had left his things there. I don't feel that I should pay for a week that he wasn't there especially since the bed in the room was available for over two months. She has not yet sent me the remainder of my money. I would not recommend your loved one to be here incase you needed to pull them out, because you won't get the rest of your money. I guess I need to take this case to court... N. Richards
his company has time and again given us faulty equipment, beyond subpar stuff, it literally broke and one piece almost caught on fire. Our son has a trach and he needs suctioning from his 'portable' suction. Well this machine Life Care Solutions gave us only worked for 2 suctions in a car ride that was 18 minutes to the San Diego Rady Childrens Hospital. Our son was vomiting so much that it was getting into his trach stoma and he was aspirating vomit and needed suctioning. It stopped working and our son started turning blue. We were almost there so we gunned it to the ED, my son is alive but this could've been prevented with better equipment. We trusted these folks. Portable means portable. We found out the machine and it's battery weren't suppose to be given out, they were suppose to be decommissioned. Sounds like the whole company and it's terrible customer service needs to be decommissioned. This company is what's wrong with the private sector. No heart, no soul, no apology.
My company uses them for medical supplies and every time I have to deal with them has been a horrible experience. Every time I need to order supplies I have to make a half dozen calls and they never call me back. The employees are either totally incompetent or do not care. Avoid at all costs.
