I brought my new Lincoln to Witt Lincoln for service and found the people friendly and very professional just as I expected based on my purchase experience which was the best I've ever experienced. I would recommend checking reviews on other sites they have a 4.5 rating and I can see why they are the best. I will keep coming to Witt for service and I'll tell all my friends too.

My very first experience with ...

My very first experience with Witt's service department and I can only express my sheer disappointment and will never return. After calling in advance to schedule my first oil change and tire rotation I waited close to two hours for something so routine-I don't know why I bothered to make an appointment. There is nothing special about such service and this should never take two hours to complete. Yes this is considered free with purchase however, in the future I will gladly pay the modest charge to Sears or Pep Boys to get in and out within 45 min to an hour. Their coffee tastes just as good!

I was advised they were down a tech however, no one ever shared this information at the get-go nor did they bother to let me know as I was waiting. What I was advised is that this is normal it takes an hour and a half and up to two hours for this to be completed. Mr. Witt, I would imagine you would never wait that long with your busy schedule maybe you should consider the rest of us. Witt lost a new customer- my business goes to Manny Moe and Jack -ok so they don't wash the car but after waiting two hours, I didn't have time for Witt to spend another half hour wash it either!

No haggling

Witt Lincoln was one of three dealerships I went to. They were the only ones to give me a fair deal on my trade in ($4,000+ over the competitors) and an honest price on a new vehicle. No haggling, just the price that gave me a good deal and enabled the dealership to also make money. Thank you.

This is my second lease from Lincoln Witt and both times have been the most positive car buying experiences. My sales representative name was Barry and he deserves major credit for getting my deal done considering my recent credit problems. I appreciate Lincoln Witt standing by me due to me being a loyal customer.

I appreciated your candor and follow-up with proper and timely persistence. Cathy was very pleasant and very efficient during the process (paperwork) when I as a customer am ready to just get going and drive off in the new car.

I am sure I will get to experience your service department, hopefully not for quite some time and then infrequently, but I have every expectation that the experience will continue. You have cultivated a culture of client service that is evident, at least to me.

everyone there is amazing!

I'm extremely grateful for my entire experience at Witt Lincoln. Todd not only taught me about the MKX, ordered racks for the car, but he made sure the entire transaction took less than 2 hrs. Rudi was very informative & knowledgeable. Cathy made the finance part breeze by. Everyone... Todd, Rudi, Cathy, Libija (sp?), Scott and Ed were kind, helpful and made me feel as I was working with my own family and not a car dealership. Im sure I'm not mentioning everyone's names from behind the scenes (service guys and whoever Todd called to order my racks) but, everyone there is amazing! I will tell my family and friends to get a great product and experience at Witt Lincoln. Thank you!

LINCOLN THE BEST...

YES...Me and my Family is very HAPPY with your "" COLLISION CENTER"" mostly with the clear and very accomodating personnel you have ( TONY and Lisa)...For a month that ay Lincoln Avator was fixed due to car accident, everything was replace and still Engine OK...Having a Lincoln as a service SUV would really make a difference from other cars (brand), it save my life...Base from experience crashing from the trees and wall and still surviving and no bruises nor broken bone that i myself cant believed...ALL Lincoln cars and SUV are very RELIABLE and SAFETY wise...I wont even dare buying a different brand of cars....

The reason I get my car serviced at Witt is because of Libia. She is knowledgable, efficient and very friendly. I have come to Witt for years because of her. If something is not right the first time, she gets it taken care of. I have recommended others to get vehicle service and told them to ask for Libia when making the appointment. She is great! :)

I have been a customer of Libia for almost ten years and she is an asset to your organization. Libia continually makes me feel like a valued customer every time I come in for service on my Navigator. She is one of the main reasons I continue to bring my vehicle to Witt rather than somewhere else.

Cant get better

I have enjoyed my experience at Witt. It is so nice when you know that you are going to be treated fairly. My wife loves it when I take our car in because she knows she is going to have it detailed when our service is done. For a family of 5 those extras are nice because if I dont have to take my car in for cleaning than it gives me more time to spend with my family. Thanks so much for your service. Erik

Ernie Gonzalez my sales consultant was great, but when Ed Witt, the owner and general manager comes and says thanks for your business, it makes a difference. The big difference with the Witt Lincoln Team, is they are not trying to sale you a car... they want to partner with you and get your business for all future purchases also. The Witt Team has an awesome service department and business model.
