Their product is amazing but the management is so corrupted!

My vehicle was taken to the collision center after my accident... the work done to repair my car was EXCELLENT. However, the estimator and manager at the center NEVER called me to keep me updated, kept my car there for 2 additional days WITHOUT even doing the things he told me he was going to do. Half the time he didn't even know where my car was or if anyone was looking at it. Customer service was NOT present at all... the estimators had no intention of providing me with the information I needed... I had to be the one to call and ask questions every day. He seemed to barely have any knowledge of what needed to be done to my car. Even after all of that, I complained to the estimator and all he did was push blame on someone else who had nothing to do with the issues I was having! Nobody in that office seems to be able to take responsibility for their mistakes.
