Synfast Oil Change

I had oil change at this place and A WEEK LATER the engine started to smoke when driving on highway. My car manufacturer found damaged oil pan and missing oil drain plug. They agreed to reimburse the cost at manufacturer but REFUSED to give me money back for the oil change THAT CAUSED EVERYTHING. YES, THEY REFUSED. Their excuse was this:since I had 2 oil changes (one at thier place and the other at manufacturer. I had NO CHOICE, didn't I??? It was COMPLETELY EMPTY!!!), both the oil changes shouldn't be free. I coudln't believe my ears. They even challenged me to even go further if I wanted the money back. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE business/service these people are running here. I will NEVER go back here again because I DO NOT WANT TO DIE IN CAR EXPLOSION. BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
