They came out the same day and fixed two of my appliances - the charges were more than reasonable and the tech was very professional and polite. I absolutely would recommend this company.

This company is so horrible!!! I called to schedule an appointment. I asked that they call 15 min before arriving because I work only 7 minutes from home. I missed the technicians call, but called back within 5 minutes several times. He didn't provide his phone number but the main office number who never answers thier phone because they screen them. When I changed my caller ID to another number they answered...told me he went to another job but would be at my house in 30 minutes. To go ahead and meet him there. I took off work. 1 hour & 15 min later I called the office because he never showed. They informed me it would be another 1.5 hours. I said forget it.

I was so upset I called back. They of course didn't answer any phone numbers that they knew were mine...so I changed the phone I was calling from so that they would know it was me. They picked right up and I told them they should come by and inspect at no charge (waive the 15.00 fee), give me a reasonable quote and the opportunity to regain my trust. He said he wouldn't do that and said, "If I were you, I wouldn't trust a company like us"....that is word for word! The manager said it himself...don't trust them!!!
