From our first contact with Sonata I was impressed with the professionalism and efficiency the staff displayed! And it just got better! The level of caring and sweetness to my friend and to me as her caregiver was over the top! The many phone calls at awful hours were responded to in timely manner and every situation was met with calm and expertise and resulted in the comfort and dignity we wished for in those last weeks! Thanks to a wonderful team and the many triage nurses, Father Bill, the sweet musician (what a special program) and the entire staff I had the occasion to contact! You made a most difficult time in our lives one of sweetness and love!
Fantastic group of caring and knowledgeable people. My mom looked forward to their visits and you could count on them to come when they said they would. I needed help a few times and had to call the nurse on call and someone would always show up and provide help. I don't know how anyone could handle such a difficult period in someone's life without the knowledge and help of hospice.
The morning of my mom's passing, hospice was there and they brought in a young woman with a beautiful voice who played the guitar and sang to my mom. It was beautiful and you could tell my mom was very relaxed after a difficult evening. I will always have a fond memory of that morning as I watched her and listened to the beautiful music. Thank you so much for all you do.
Sonata Hospice provided amazing care for my mum . What a bunch of caring and passionate staff. As a nurse i know when a patient is getting good and quality care. My mum was made comfortable and was visited very often. I also like the fact that they have nurses and a Dr on-call around the clock. I was also very impressed with the fact that whenever i called i could speak to a nurse even at 2am. Me and my sister also benefited so much from the bereavement support group. The fact that they provided care for my mum and for our family as well makes me recommend them.
Customer Service is a complete joke. If you're interested in Hospice Care please do yourself the favor and avoid this company at all cost. We had excellent care for my Mother at Pomerado but questioned their knowledge of community services after receiving referral to this place. There is no communication and right hand never speaks to the left we were left figuring things out on our own a good 95% of the time until we had the sense to switch.
