Called a few places, and this is the only company that i could find on short notice. As i waited for them i looked at their reviews, and thought ""oh no"". Glad i didnt cancel them because the driver was there 20 minutes early, ice cold air blasting, and even offered me a bottle of water. What a great company, I will be using them from now on! Everyone go check this company out, and give them a shot!

I will NOT be using this Limo services EVER again. We rented a limo bus on May 9 2009 for a wine tasting tour for my 26th Birthday. First, there was no ice, no cups, no water, no soda in the Limo and when I booked with Hon he told me all that would be in there. Then, I had to give your driver directions to Temecula, shouldn't he have known this to begin with? Also, Hon told me that because we were celebrating MY Birthday that inside the limo bus would be birthday decorations, LIAR (which is why my friends and I did not buy decorations for the limo bus, because we were told they would be there)!! Then, the ""air conditioning"" was not an ""air conditioner"" at all, it was a giant fan in the back/top part of the bus that only came on when the bus limo was going faster, than I believe, about 45mph (on your website it states that ALL the Limos have air conditioning). It was miserable. It was very hot that day, (we were in Temecula) we had to use some of our paid time to get ice and drinks and buy stupid red plastic cups so we had something to drink out of. I plan on writing reviews on every website that I can find telling people not to EVER use you guys for Limo services! The whole thing was very un-professional. I was very disappointed in your service, especially because when I booked your service Hon pretty much talked me into it. Telling me that their Limo company service was the best, and a bunch of empty promises. I'm actually thinking of reporting this company.

Driver showed up over one hour late after calling us ten minutes before they were suppose to arrive. We had to postpone dinner reservations twice. The limo was filthy with bottles and cans all over the floor. No refreshments, water, or soda on hand. No ice in buckets, only water sloshing around. Driver made no attempt to clean the vehicle while everyone was inside eating dinner. After explaining this to the manager, he was only willing to credit us 30 minutes.
Their lack of professionalism is striking. The manager tried to tell us that limo services are like the airlines. Hey, at least the airlines make an attempt to clean their planes. And the money we spent would have bought two first-class tickets to New York. Are you kidding!!! Not recommended.
