        I wanted thank you for your tremendous support in delivering the 2000 pound scale we purchased from Prime USA Scales for our application. We had a critical delivery and you made sure the scale arrived on time. Your help in selecting the right scale for our application was a big help as well. I’ll be honest, I was nervous about purchasing a scale from a company that is out-of-the-state. The scale arrived on time. We plugged it in and it worked right away with no problems. Our technicians couldn’t believe it was a that easy to set-up. We checked it against our calibrated weight set and it was extremely accurate. Thanks again for your support. I would recommend Prime USA Scales to anyone interested in purchasing a scale
