        Overall

        Scrupulous.

        I was trying to help a handicapped veteran for whom Power Bail Bonds posted a bond.
        He has no money to make a second payment and asked for one week extension till his
        disability insurance payments start. They were not willing to accommodate him.

        Disgusting!!!
