I have had a such bad experienced with this store.

First I came to just see the cars, and everybody were super nice and friendly, and I was look for a specific model and I found over there. I bought a very nice car. I was so happy when after 3 weeks they called me and asked me to come to the store and the guy started yellow me why I didnt have voice mail, they said they tried to called me couple times bc my financial was not aproved. I went the store next morning after that and they offer me approved financial for Accord 14000 but the PT Cruiser I got 6500 was canceled.

They were poorly educated and missed with respect when called me Im ghost bc I dont have credit enough to financial a car. How can I financial a 14000 and cant financial a 6500???? They asked to go to social security department to get a letter to prove my SS number isnt fake.

I will never ever more come back this store and talk with this guys again, I had the worst treatment ever.

I had a great experience with Mark Morrow at this dealership. He offered me the best deal over the phone. Initially, I was skeptical if all the fees were included in the discussed monthly lease payment. Fortunately, nobody was playing games and now I am paying exactly what I was offered. Mark was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. He made my leasing process smooth and easy.

Excellent Honda dealership. Bought a new 2012 CR-V today from Mark Morrow. He dealt with us fairly and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Our family has bought 6 Hondas, various models, in the past 12 years, ALL from Pacific Honda. Great business!



If you're at Pacific Honda loo...

If you're at Pacific Honda looking for a new car, ask for MARK MARROW!!! He is definitely knowledgeable about the vehicles, down to earth, and best of all - he's NOT a corny, pushy, talking out of his @** salesman. Not once did I feel pressured to look at anything, listen to anything I didn't want to hear or make a purchase. I was actually a little surprised at how not pushy he was...LOL (perhaps it is a new sales tactic after all?? - what ever it is, it worked for me... :)

I did end up purchasing a 2012 Honda Pilot Touring and could not have been more happy with Mark's service, attentiveness, thoroughness and patience with my nit-picky consumer ways. Additionally, the finance staff that I had to work with were (surprisingly) just as great to work with - I told them what I wanted and they were able to meet and in some areas exceed my expectations, making the overall buying experience rather pleasant and hassle-free.

The "rain on my parade":

1)After looking at the Pilot - I went to another dealership to check out a different car. When I realized that the other vehicle didn't even compare, I went back to Pacific Honda. I was approached by another salesperson and when I told them that I had already spoke with Mark and was back to see him, that person just walked away without really saying something like "oh sure, he's inside or with another customer" or "let me get Mark for you" was kind of awkward.

2) The process is sooo long, but making a significant purchase shouldn't be rushed I suppose.

My experience at Pacific Honda...

My experience at Pacific Honda, certified cars lot, today was most pleasant, from my first phone call, verifying if the car (Honda Fit) I wanted to look at was still on the lot, to the final handshakes with the salesman (Brett Rickie) and the finance manager (Jaime Jimenez).

The person who took my phone call knew that the car was on the lot and suggested I speak to Lenny, the manager. He also took my name. Lenny recognized my name when I showed up. That was nice.

Lenny entrusted me to Brett who came with me for a test drive and described the car's features at length. There was a second Honda Fit on the lot, which I did not know of. Seeing that I was interested in that second car, Brett offered to take it for a test drive also, the same route we took for the first one. I thought he might want to go a shorter distance since this was my second test drive. After all, how many cars can one test, and how much time should a salesman give to one customer? I am aware that time matters. I myself hate to have someone get me to waste my time.

Once in the office, it was most pleasant to do business with Brett. Of course, I know that his goal is to get as much as possible, while mine is to spend as little as possible. I have been quite uncomfortable before under similar circumstances. Even coming out the winner can be unpleasant when the atmosphere is tense, more so when I am not really sure that I really did win anything. At least that's how I live such moments. I do know people who just revel in this tug of war type of situation. I certainly don't, and that's why it was so pleasant to drive off the lot with the car. Brett listened well to my view of the deal. I never felt like he was out to get me. Since I did not have an active insurance policy, having placed mine on hold two months earlier after giving up my car and deciding to wait a while before I bought another one, he offered me, for free, a three day insurance coverage so that I could drive home with the car today. Now I simply have to call my insurance on Monday. Great service! Great attention to the client!

He obtained a new set of car mats for me, filled the tank with gas, had the car cleaned outside and inside, walked me to the finance manager who provided the same quality of professional and personal service. Yes, I know, this is what we have come to expect from any public service, but sometimes I can feel that the person is just going through the moves, does not care really. That was not the case at Pacific Honda today.

Jaime in finance treated me equally well. His explanations for each form signed were very clear. He advised me on a good deal for the security system. There too, I never felt one second that I was being taken advantage of.

The mix of good professionalism and personal attention was perfect. It will be pleasant to go back if ever I need to.

It's the small things, the personal attention, that make Life a fun and big experience. That was my kind of experience today.

I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot at Pacific Honda. I was in need of a new car but I kept procrastinating because I did not want to deal with pushy salespeople. When I finally made it a priority I went to a Honda dealership (not Pacific Honda) and I did not have the best experience so my husband did some research online and found Pacific Honda. We initiated contact with the dealership online and we were matched up with Mark Morrow. From that point on the experience was stress and pressure free. We ordered our vehicle, waited a couple of weeks and it was delivered as promised. Mark was patient and pleasant through the entire experience. I hope that Mark is still working at Pacific Honda when I get my next car because I will be going directly to him. Even after the sale was completed he followed up with my husband and me to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. Thank you Mark!

I've leased three cars through...

I've leased three cars through Pacific Honda and the experience has always been excellent. My Father has had two cars from them, and my Aunt is a long-time customer. This time around, Mark Morrow contacted me regarding the lease-end evaluation for my 2009 Civic, and I called him back to schedule the appointment. At that point, Mark informed me that there were excellent financing options available on the new 2012 Civic. Mark set up an awesome deal over the phone on a 2012 Civic Coupe with the EX package, Leather and Navigation system and he picked it up from a nearby dealer and had it waiting for me when I came in three days later. The trade-in process for my previous lease went smoothly and the paperwork for the new car was fast and easy. I got there at about 9:45 and was out the door in less than two hours. Great service, as usual, and Mark was happy to explain all the new features on the Nav system (this is my first car with Nav), and helped me connect my phone. I would also like to give a nod to Pacific Honda's financing department. They give good advice and are always willing to answer questions. All around, this place has great staff and excellent customer service. Definitely ask for Mark Morrow when you're shopping for your car. He'll take care of you.

If you are going to visit Pacific Honda, be sure to look for Mark Morrow. He is very knowledgeable and thorough, not to mention courteous. Having just shopped around with different dealers looking for a new car, I found that my experience working with Mark was far superior. He was responsive but, not pushy. He worked to meet my needs.
